Sam and Dean sat in their motel room. Today was one of those rare days when they weren’t on a case. Sam was sitting quietly on his laptop; Dean was sitting on one of the twin beds in the room watching TV. Everything was quiet when all of a sudden a “Vworrrp Vworrrp” sound Dean turned to look at Sam as the sound continued Sam and Dean covered their eyes from the wind that appeared. They opened their eyes to see a red telephone box. Dean stood up and walked over to the red box and was about to open the door to it when it opened and a woman with blonde hair opened it from the inside.

“Hello are you Sam and Dean Winchester by an chance” she questioned in a very posh british accent.

“Yeah but who the hell are you” Dean demanded.

She stepped out of the phone box shut the door behind her and sat on one of the beds and said “I’m the Doctor”  

“What are you doing here?” Sam snapped

“Now Sam no need to get snappy I am just simply here to help you” The doctor smirked as she watched the two brothers give each other confused looks.

“Thanks but no thank we don’t need your help we are fine” Dean snarled

“Dean come on don’t be such a twat I understand that you don’t believe me especially since I came in a random red telephone box but you have to trust and run any test that you want on me if doing that makes you trust me then fine”

The Doctor concluded here speak once she was finished Dean left and went into the impala the things he needs to test the doctor. Once he got everything Dean rushed back to the motel room and saw the doctor sitting on the bed and Sam stand up watching her every move.  

The doctor stood up when she heard Dean’s footsteps in the hallway. He came into the room and set a green duffle bag on the tap next to Sam’s laptop. He unzipped it and pulled out a flask. He unscrewed the flash and turned to the doctor and threw the holy water on her.

“What was that!” the doctor exclaimed

“Holy water I wanted to see if you were a demon” Dean replied

The doctor sighed and put her hands on her face all the water that was on her face was now around her hands she flicked both hands and the water flung off her hands and landed back in the flask. Dean and Sam both looked at her in shock and quickly pulled out their guns.

“Whoa guys relax I’m not here to hurt you I promise” the doctor insisted.

Both boys looked skeptical but lowered their guns. “You better start talking “Dean threatened

The Doctor sighed and lowered her hands and cleared her throat. “I am a Time Lord”

“What’s a Time Lord” Sam inquired

“A lord of time duh Sammy it’s in the name” Dean teased

The Doctor nodded “That red box is my time machine it can take me through time and space.”

“Wait so are you and alien” Sam implied

The Doctor nodded, smiling at the two boys.

“But you look human” Dean accused

“Yes I do look human but if you don’t believe me I can prove it because I have to hearts” The Doctor stated. Sam turned to look at his brother who was already digging through the duffle bag. Dean pulled out a stethoscope and put the eartips in and put the other end to her chest. First he put it on the right side, where he heard the sound her heart beating. He then moved it to the left side, again hearing the sound of her other heart beating. Dean turned to Sam and nodded, confirming that she had to hearts.

“Okay but you still haven’t told us how you did that with the holy water” Sam retorted

“Oh yes right! I can also control the four elements, you know the four elements water, earth, fire, air right?” The Doctor explained.

“Prove it, make fire” Dean challenged

The Doctor rolled her eyes and stuck out her left hand and a flame appeared floating on her palm. Dean and Sam looked at each other in shock and amazement. The Doctor smirked and put of the flame. “Now do you believe me”.  The brothers nodded little did they know that this was going to be one big rollercoaster.
