I sat down lazily in class. Something that didn't occur very often which tells you something is wrong. The teacher paused and looked at me questioningly. "Yes Sir?" I asked confused and he sighed in relief. "I thought that you might want to correct me." He said, then happily continued on with the lesson. Shannon leaned forward from her place behind me and poked me with her wand. "You OK?" She asked using what she thought was understandable sign language. I shook my head and she gestured to the door, making movements with her fingers of us escaping lesson. I smiled half hearted but shook my head and turned around to try to listen.

My wand seemed to twitch in my pocket but nothing happened so I ignored the strange happening.

The rest of the class was pretty basic, stuff I had read wile studying with Ailish. Well... In between fangirling about our favorite books. After lesson I had decided to skip dinner and go straight up to the Ravenclaw common room for a nap, because apparently nobody sleeps at Hogwarts. On the way there, and hell knows why, but I decided to walk past Gryffindor common room and tripped over the floor. Yes, the floor. Yes I'm an idiot.

My head got knocked down pretty hard and dizziness quickly followed. I could barely hear the sound of voices when I felt my self slowly drifting out of consciousness.

I woke up in a strange bed, definitely not mine, with Madam Pomfrey leaning over me with some sort of potion in her hand. I looked at her suspiciously and she shook her head. "Will you stop staring at me!" She command wile fussing over a few more potions. I looked away sheepishly and from what I could tell, slightly red in the cheeks.

Finally she left and I got off of the bed and brushed my uniform off. I was about to open the door when my head started to hurt. A small pain began to grow in my stomach and I growled to myself, annoyed at my body.

"Alex!" Naomi called from down the hall as I finally opened the door. "Someone told me you fell, naturally I came to see how you where. Are you ok?" Naomi said, a fake smile plastered on to her stupid face. "Go away Naomi." I muttered under my breath. She looked confused and so I repeated myself louder. "If you want to stay out of the infirmary I suggest you walk away now." Naomi, of course, just replied "I don't think you could do much to hurt me Alex-" I whipped my wand out, pointing it at her and blue light flashed out striking her precious forehead. I did warn her.

My vision was becoming more blurry and a sound of metal screeching filled my ears agonizingly. I staggered forward, not completely seeing where I was but instead following my instincts.

Cool breeze swept across my face and the uneven roots of the forest soon found themselves beneath my feet. The noise grew louder and more painful with every step that was taken. I wanted to run away from this earsplitting noise, to go home and eat nachos with Amber. But instead I carried on, father into the woods where it got more blurry and my body eventually felt like it was being stabbed one hundred times over. I fell to the ground, not sure if I was able to bare anymore pain. My hands moved over a patch on the floor which seemed to be vibrating. I dug into the soil, using my fingernails as weapons against the ground. The noises and pain got worse by every minute but I carried on and just as I was about to give up - my hand came into contact with cold metal. Everything stopped and so did my heart.
