Luke's POV
Finally after a long, sucky week of school (like always), it's finally Friday night. I've always hated school, sure I have three really close friends there, but that's not the reason I still go. My parents already figure I'm going to be a dropout, and couldn't care less if I did. The reason I continue this routine of hell is because of a girl. She's quite mysterious, at least to me anyways. She is a goody-two-shoes, with straight A's. She has long, nearly straight brown hair, that is now dyed blonde. She has these popping blue eyes that brighten my day whenever I get the chance to look into them. Her name is Hayley. Ever since I started going to school here, I've had my eyes set on her. For a nerd, she's pretty popular. She sits at her crowded lunch table every day with at least 10 other girls, whispering and laughing. I wish that I could be right next to her at that table, holding her hand.... Throughout all of these thoughts, I just know that there's a ton that I don't know about her. My thoughts are stopped short when I hear my phone ringing. it's Ashton. "What?" I say. "I just wanted to see if you wanted to join the guys and I to the football game tonight?" (A/N: American Football, not soccer, sorry for any confusion.) "Um, I don't kn-" I was cut off by Ashton again. "Dude c'mon! There will be cheerleaders there!". Okay he had a point there, but unless Hayley was going to be there, I couldn't care any less. Nevertheless, I agreed. "Yes, I'll go..." I respond. "We'll be in front of your house at 5:30. Bye." "Bye." I say before hanging up, and getting ready. Nothing could've prepared me for what happened later that night at the game.
(A/N: Hey guys, How is this book so far? I plan on updating soon... Please vote!
