Dylan and I looked at each other and then proceeded to walk into the room where Victoria and Gianna were sitting. "What do you mean...'investigate'?" I exclaimed.
"Well, we found some information that could possibly help us out. We could go to his house and find clues about his past. Plus,he has a panda that Gianna already claimed, if we find it. You'll be okay. His own home is the last place he's going to look for you guys. " Victoria responded.
"I'll keep you and Gianna safe, I promise. " Dylan said to me. As Victoria rolled her eyes, her and Gianna started to walk into the hallway. I hesitated for a second before Dylan put his hand on my lower back and started to guide me through the door frame. I turned around and looked at him. "Are you sure this is a good idea?"
"Don't worry about it. I'll take care of you. " he exclaimed and gave me a brief hug. We walked outside and were on our way to the psychopath's house.
Four and a half miles later, we arrived in front of a small, run down house that was placed at the end of a dark road. There was a distinct path of trampled grass that had been walked over multiple times. The porch was a complete mess with news papers everywhere and several wooden rocking chairs that appeared to be broken. The door was cracked open just a tiny bit. "So, who's going in first?" Gianna said. Victoria grabbed her arm and pushed Gianna into the house then trailed behind her. Dylan was close behind me when we entered.
There were several broken picture frames either dangling from a nail or on the floor. It looked almost as if someone had come through looking for something important because everything was thrown in odd places. "I'll take upstairs with Gianna. " Victoria said. The group separated into pairs and began to "investigate". The first object I touched I had an instant flashback. It was a picture of what seemed to be Clover, his brother and his mother. They were all yelling at each other, the words were inaudible. Soon, the argument became very heated and the brothers both started hitting the older woman until she was on the floor and not moving. When I came fourth from the memory I fell into Dylan's arms, panting. "I saw-"
"I know. I could tell. Let's keep looking." The next thing we heard was a high pitched scream coming from the second level.
"I FOUND IT. I FOUND THE PANDA!!!!" Gianna came running down the stairs with a fuzzy black and white creature in her arms, with tears in her eyes. "I shall call him...Castiel!" We all smiled and walked up to admire the small creature. All of the happiness disappeared when we heard a noise coming from the front door. I started running towards the back door with Dylan's hand in mine when I saw another man with the same red hair as Clover. Then it hit me. That was his brother that I saw in the memory.
