RECAP

"LISAAAAAA! OMFG! IS THAT YOU!? YOU TURNED SO FUCKING THIN AND, OH MAN, YOU LOOK SO BEAUTIFUL IN BLACK AND YOUR MAKE UP, AHH, IS AWESOME!!...and wow that guy is cute." She said with so much happiness and excitement it was pretty hard for me to follow what she was saying.

Wait did she just call me cute?

Chapter 8

Noel P.O.V :

Seeing my cousin after so long made me one of the happiest people alive. I was full of ecstasy. She is no longer that fat little chubby girl everyone made fun of. I remember I used to beat them up for talking to my cousin like that. This time I’m spending all my time with her, not like last time when I came, the only thing I did was watch movies and sleep. We are going to have fun, eat, shop, and we are going to go CRAZZY.

Now she looks strong, confident, beautiful and changed. And the guy near her was breathtaking I could not get my eyes out of both of them. The guy surly must be Josh as I have seen many pictures of them on Facebook. But are they together?  I THOUGHT THEY WERE JUST FRIENDS!!

This lady (LISA) surly has a lot to tell me.

“Are you guys together?” I could not control myself. I was way to curious now.

“Huh? NO! NOOO! We are just friends! Why do you think that?” Lisa said in panic, her faced flushed to all kinds of red color.

I could see the hurt in Josh’s eyes when she said that. But I let it go knowing I sucked at ‘reading eyes’ or whatever people call it. Last time I tried it was an epic fail! That taught me a lesson.

“Chill cousin you panicked like I told you were going to jail!” I said laughing.

She rolled her eyes and smiled. She was so beautiful. I never thought she would change like this… and right now she can make any guy drool. Yes, drool, I said drool.

I went and jumped on her giving her a tight hug. Not wanting to let go; a hug that’s worth not being with my cousin for over 3 year! I REALLY MISSED THIS WOMEN!! Canada feels so lonely without her. She hugged me back like her life depended on it. After letting her go, which seemed like forever, I knew it was just merely few minutes, I shook hands with Josh but instead of shaking back he pulled me  for a hug. He smelled like chocolate cake. I think my heart skipped a beat as it was beating so fast with happiness. My mind started playing with some unwanted thoughts. All I was thinking of was that, this delicious hot guy is in my arms. I WANT HIM…. What’s wrong with me? I don’t even know this guy, I slapped my mind . He is friends with Lisa so he must be a good person.

After some moments Lisa screamed   “OMG NOEL YOUR IN CALIFORNIA!!”

“Yeah now you noticed!” I said laughing at my tube light cousin.

“I-I” Lisa blushed ashamed at her late reaction.

Josh and I could not help but laugh at the tomato red  face of Lisa who was right in front of us. Josh hugged her and told her how cute she was when she blushed. I could not help but to feel jealous as he was comforting her with his eyes full of love. They looked perfect together. I couldn’t help but think of that. The way he held her, softly and gently like she was something very fragile made it seem so obvious that he is in love with her.

After Saying our bye’s to Josh we quickly got dressed into our  PJ’s and jumped into bed and started talking about almost everything. I told her about my life, friends and family and told her that I am going to be here in California to attend school with her. She was very happy and way too excited after hearing all this. But when I asked her what she did to lose so much weight her smile turned into a frown. She told me everything from how people used to make fun of her and what she saw at Josh’s party ‘till she got beaten up by Mariana and was in the hospital. She even said that she entered into a  Coma. I was so damn pissed after hearing all that. I just wanted to kill Mariana at that moment, surly Mariana is going to get something hard from me. I was really grateful when I heard that Josh donated blood to Lisa when she needed it.

Then before I knew it I fell asleep.

Lisa P.O.V

I got up at 11 in the morning I closed my eyes trying to force myself to get some more sleep. After a whole 10 minutes knowing I wouldn’t go back to sleep again, I rushed to the bathroom for a shower. For some reason I found myself jumping and dancing all the way to the bathroom.

Striping my PJ’s off, I looked at myself in the mirror. I was only in my bra and underwear. I looked at my skin and the fats that I still have. This is not what I looked like before. Before I was way too overweight with fats everywhere and now I am not ashamed to look at myself in the mirror. But these left over fats have to go.

After a whole 20 minutes in the hot pleasant water. I felt hungry. I wrapped myself in my blue towel and headed to my room to see Noel. She was still sleeping, she was really tired. I really missed my cousin. It’s been over 3 years since I last saw her. Not wanting to wake her up I wore a purple color bra and underwear, I always like to match my bra and underwear. Then I decided to wear black shorts and a white shirt that showed my curves.

Looking at the Mirror I felt satisfied. Then I slowly closed the door and started walking to the kitchen. Thinking of what to cook, I finally decided to cook fried eggs.

While making it I started singing the parody of Friday which was called Fried eggs.

11 am getting up in the morning

Gotta get food, gotta find some food

Gotta get some eggs, gotta cook these eggs

Seeing those eggs, they’re in the fridge

The fridge is over there, so darn far away

Gotta get over to the fridge

Gotta open the fridge, I see the eggs

SO I DON’T GET SALMONELLA LIKE I DID LAST TIME

“That was one interesting version. I didn’t know you had a good voice.” Someone said laughing.
