I groaned reading through some of the texts messages my best friend Ashton had just sent me, turning down the brightness of my phone i sighed and started typing back.
To Ash: It's like 12Am whatever you want i'll only do it for fifty
From Ash: Deal, pick me up at my house ASAP CLIFFORD ASAP
To Ash: on my way dick
I slipped on a t-shirt and some jeans and made my way down the stairs, turning on the flashlight app on my phone. I made my way to my car and shoved the key into the ignition. I could faintly hear the music of Green Day because my radio was down so low. I pulled out of my driveway making my way to Ashton's. When I got to his house I shot him a quick text saying I was there.
I watched him come through the door and sprint through the yard to my car.
"Hey Mike," He said buckling himself in. I grumbled in return pulling out of his driveway. I then noticed I didn't even know why I was here, let alone where we were headed. I glanced my way to Ashton, who was looking down at his phone.
"So what are we doing?" I asked him. He locked his phone and turned on the radio a little bit so the music could be heard a little better.
"We are going to a party," Ashton smiled.
I looked down at what I was wearing, a old Misfits shirt, some skinny jeans, and boots. Pretty much what I always wore so I didn't really bother worrying about it.
"Wait why at twelve in the fucking morning on a Friday?"
"Well Michael it is technically Saturday," I rolled my eyes at him.
"And we all know Calum throws the best parties," He said with a smiled.
"We also all know about your crush on Hood," I snickered and turned the corner finally knowing where I was headed.
Once we got to Calum's house I could already smell the alcohol and feel the music in my chest. I sighed parking my car in the lawn over. Parties had just never been my thing ya know?
"Michael you're going in," Ashton said pulling on my arm, and closing the car door behind me.
