"Sorry" I said after I bumped into a lady in the super market. I came here after school to grab some things for my house I was starting to run low on food. I walked through the aisles looking at some things and then my dad started calling me, I slid the bar over answering him.

"Hey dad"

"Hey baby how are you?"

"Im good how are you"

"Im living what you doing ?"

"At the grocery store picking up a few things why ? Do you need something ?"

"Could you grab me a few snacks Ya old man need sum to munch on while he watch his stories"

"Ok dad, I'll be there in 15min"

I said and then hung up. It's funny cause its like my dad knows when I go to the market he did this last week and I happened to already be at the market. I don't mind though he took care of me for 18 years now it's my turn to return the favor. I walked down the snack aisle and grabbed his favorite chips along with a case of beers and some peanut chews. I got in the line and paid for everything making my way out the store.

After I came from taking my groceries in the house and putting them away I pulled up to my dad's house a couple minutes after. I called him and told him to come outside to get his things.

"Thank you baby" he said as I handed him a bag full of snacks. My dad isnt old at all he is very strong , and buff , always working out. He is in his 40's both my parents had me at a young age.

"Anytime dad" I said to him.

After I left his house I went back home. When I got home I kicked my sneakers off and plopped down on the couch. While I was laying down on the couch I heard a big boom sound from upstairs that scared the life out of me. I quietly got up to see what it was and when I got upstairs my wall in the hall way collapsed.

"Mannnnn what the fuckkkkkkk" I yelled in frustration. I went back down stairs grabbing my phone to call my dad but Lemy started calling.

"Hellooooo" I said

"You sound annoyed what's the issue?"

"My fuckin wall just collapsed lem I need somebody to come fix this shit ASAP!"

"Calm down I know somebody who can come fix it I just have to make sure he's not busy today, anyways I was calling you to tell you Travis birthday is coming up and I needed your help on the planning"

"Who is it that can come fix it and sure I can help just talk to me about it after my wall is fixed"

"August, he knows how to do all that construction shit"

"Are you sure he can do it?"

"Yea boo im bouta call him I'll text you what he says"

"Ok" I said and then hung up. Its times like this where a man could come in handy. I really don't know why I'm so alone I just never worried about a relationship my last boyfriend was when I was 17 and all he wanted from me was sex which he didn't get. Believe it or not im the 21 year old virgin that never had dick before and probably won't ever because no guy ever pays me any mind. My phone vibrated and I looked at it seeing it was Lemy, she said August said he'll be here in 20 minutes. I smiled and ran into the bathroom to check my hair and face to make sure everything was straight.

After a hour I started to doze off figuring he wasn't gonna come. As soon as my eyes started closing I heard a knock at the door. I got up opening the door seeing him. He's so fuckin fine man!

"Wazzam ma im hea ta fix da wall you said was messed up"

"Uhm y-yea right up here follow me" I said closing the door and leading the way up the steps.

"Damn this shit fucked I ain't know it was dis bad"

I just sat and watched him as he talked.

"This Gonna take about 2 weeks ta fix ight?"

"Ok um how much do you want for this?" I asked not taking my eyes off of him.

"I ain't charging a female Fa some shit like dis make sense! Whea ya man at any way he just gon leave Ya ta deal with this?" He said rudely.

"1st off mr smart ass how was I supposed to know you were doing it for free?! That's very surprising cause you've been acting like an asshole since I met you but you don't even know me like that! And for the record I don't have a fuckin man!" I said angrily. Usually I don't let things get to me but he was really pissing me off and for some reason it attracted me to him more.

"Who the fuck is Ya talkin to? Betta watch dat shit ma!" He said stepping into my face backing me up against the wall. When our eyes met we stood there looking into each others eyes for a little while. our faces started to move Close together and I honestly thought we were gonna kiss. My eyes closed and there I stood waiting for a kiss that I should've known wasn't gonna happen.

"I gotta get back ta this work" he said in a musky voice moving away from me. He smelled so good I stood in the same spot for a second and then I finally got myself together walking back down stairs.
