There was a girl... She was perfect in any way.
Her smile made the sun look like night.
Her laugh sounded like pure joy.
Her beauty was inside and out.
The boys would drool over her like a puppy begging for a bone.
But its like she didn't notice, she just smiled and walked away like nothing happened.
This girl was perfect.
I didn't know her name.
Not many did,
At school the teachers would point to her like they were forbidden to say her name or they like they didn't know it.
She was mysterious,
She would wear the same thing every day to school.
Leggings and a sweater that covers her arms.
One day that girl came up to me and smiled.
I gave her a small smile back for which i didn't know how to respond.
Then she walked away like nothing happened.
They next day the girl walked up to me and smiled and waved.
I did the same.
Then she walked away like nothing happened.
The next day the girl walked up to me and smiled and waved.
I did the same and she came close and whispered her name in my ear.
And i did the same,
Then we went our separate ways.
Day after the girl told me something new about her.
Then walked away.
I fell in love with that perfect girl,
The day i was going to tell her how i feel she didn't come to school.
Or next day
Or the next
Day after day she didn't come come to school.
Until tragedy struck....
I found out the perfect girl had died of sadness.
For she had secrets no know knew about.
For she wore a mask of emotions everyday.
She wouldnt tell a soul for she didnt want people to know.
She would rather have people see her as the perfect girl then the girl who lost her life to society.
