Courtney had almost over slept. She was used to having Saturdays to herself and enjoying her day of laziness sleeping in. The seminar started at ten. Once you add in the time you had to get ready, the time to get there, and traffic, that ment getting up at seven.
She stopped by the store to grab her a glazed Krispy Kream and a cup of coffee. Pay. Out the door. Pump gas. Then, she was back on the road again. She grunted, getting onto the freeway.
Morning drivers.
Turning on her radio in time to hear the Steve Harvey morning show's strawberry letter. The title today was:
Married and alone
Dear Steve and Cherly,
I am a 32 year old working woman and I thought that the day I got married to my husband, that I would be marrying the love of my life. We dated for four years before we got married and he is my best friend. Recently he has only been working and I hardly ever get to see him. When I brought up his neglection of me, he brushed it off and saying that I should understand because he works so much. But I don't understand, why he feels a need to work and we are already stable with a lovely home. I wouldn't think that he would cheat on me because we usually told each other everything. I don't want to lose my husband of ten years , but it has been over 5 months now and a woman has needs. What should I do? Help!
