Chapter 6: Driving Me Crazy

Cyrene's POV

"Woah! I'm facing the real CEO right now.. At nag-bow pa siya sa akin.. Napaka-professional palang tao ang Tatay ni Ahjussi..", nasabi ko na lang sa sarili ko. 

"Son.. I'm so glad that you're working really fine right now.. Ang galing mo..", sabi ng Tatay niya. 

"I see now your progress Dad.. You're really getting good at Tagalog language now..", sabi naman ni Ahjussi. 

"Well.. It's just sometimes I don't know what your Uncle, I mean Secretary Kim was saying.. Your Mom also teaching me .. She's in Seoul right now.. And she's doin' really fine..", kwento pa ulit ng Tatay niya. 

"What's up now Dad?", tanong ulit ni Ahjussi. 

"I'm just catching you up.. And it seems everything is doin' fine.. You don't have to file for a report in Seoul office this month kiddo..", sabi pa ng Tatay niya. 

"Oh really? Well then Thank you President Park.. I really appreciated your offer Sir..", tuwang-tuwang sabi ni Ahjussi. 

"So.. I've gotta go Director Park.. I have to meet some of the incoming programmers and graphic designers for our new project.. And also nice meeting you Rabbit Girl..", sabi pa ng Tatay niya at lumabas na ng opisina. 

"Sir?", tanong ko pa kay Ahjussi.

"I'll tell you about that later.. Proceed to marketing department for assistance.. I'm going somewhere for work now.. So.. Meet me before lunch? Treat ko..", sabi naman niya. 

"Ok Sir.. I'm going now..", sabi ko pa sa kanya.

Shin Bi's POV

Hinabol ko si Dad papuntang airport. Mabuti na lang naghihintay pa lang siya ng schedule ng flight niya pabalik ng Seoul. 

"Dad.. Why did you say that thing? Didn't we talked about these things last night? Why Dad? Why?", pagalit ko pang sabi kay Dad. 

"Son.. Isn't it great that I agreed your relationship with her? Why would I hide the past? I'm just telling the truth to her..", sagot pa ni Dad. 

"Dad but.. But you're ruining my plans.. How can I explain these things to her later? Shish! What am I going to do now?", nasabi ko na lang sa kanya. 

"Just tell her the truth.. That you told me everything about what happened to her.. And tell her that you love her.. Isn't it that easy?", pamimilosopo pa ni Dad. 

"I think I must say those things later.. But then, thank you for the visit Dad and say hello to Mom for me.. See you again soon.. I need to go back to the office now..", paalam ko pa sa kanya.

Lampas 1:00 PM na nang makabalik ako sa office. Hinanap ko si Cyrene para yayain siyang kumain ng lunch. 

"Ms. Hernandez, are you free now? I'll buy you lunch like I promised a while ago..", alok ko pa sa kanya. 

"Sir.. Busog po.. Nakapaglunch na po kami ni Mr. Tuazon..", sagot naman ni Cyrene. 

"Ah.. Ok.. Sige mamaya na lang.." 

Naiinis ako dahil sa grabeng traffic kanina. Late na tuloy akong nakabalik at hindi ko pa nakasabay mag-lunch si Cyrene. Idagdag pa yung sinabi ni Dad kay Cyrene. Hay! Buhay!

"Rabbit girl? How did his dad know about that?", sabi ko pa sa sarili ko. 

"Hoy!", gulat pa sa akin ni Steve. 

"Yah! Bakit mo naman ako ginulat.. Grabe ka ha.." 

"Paanong hindi kita gugulatin? Eh yung utak mo nasa ibang mundo.. Nasa trabaho pa tayo.. Kapag nahuli ka pa ni Director Park, yari ka..", sabi pa ni Steve.
