Chapter Three
"It's a miracle to see you here, Zanabelle! I thought you gonna make us wait na naman!" kant'yaw sa 'kin ni Hye-jin pagkaabot niya ng credit card sa saleslady ng Louis Vuitton.
She's a full-blooded Korean with a pure Filipino heart and she's kinda 'maarte' like me. She's wearing a Versace Barocco garden print dress with a slash and a pair of pump boots. She has curly blonde hair, pointed nose, pouted lips, and chinita eyes with a height of 5'6.
While the other one is Anneesa. She is a Muslim. Only her round brown eyes were visible above the diaphanous red silk Hijab. Kaibigan at kaklase ko na sila mula first year of college.
"C' mon Hye-jin, let's just be thankful to her once in a blue moon presence, instead!" dagdag pa ni Aneesa. "Right, Zanabelle?"
"Well, I just realized that I also need to unwind. You know, my dad sent me a tuition fee. But, I don't want to study anymore, so I'd rather spend like these na lang," pagdadahilan ko saka ikinampay ang mga shopping bag.
"My God, Zanabelle!
"Correction, Hoshizora mansion is still written under my name and I have 10% of shares in our company."
You know, less pork for Aneesa. And I miss these kinds of routine.
"Anyway, Zanabelle, I have something to tell you," panimula naman ni Aneesa nang pasakay na kami sa escalator.
"What?" lumingon ako rito habang pinaglalaruan ang usok sa electric cigarette.
"Ayoko na sana sabihin 'to, kaso kailangan."
"I knew it!" sabat naman ni Hye-jin. "Is it about Jackson?"
Napatango ito.
Here they are again...
"They broke up."
