we sit in the waiting room for 4 hours. then a doctor says my name.
"Jacob Sartorius"
I run up to him.
"Is she okay?"
"she's fine, but she was poisoned. do you have any idea who could've done this?"
"no, not that i know of? can I see her"
"yes, but she hasn't woken up yet."
I get hunter and Carter and we go back.
hunter already got checked and he has a stomach bug.
we walk back and I see Megan on 2 machines. it's a dark room.
I sat down in the chair beside the bed and grabbed her hand.
her hands were cold and she was pale.
Carter and hunter sat on the other side of the bed in other chairs.
"I love you" I whispered quietly.

Jacob grabbed my hand and whispered

why can't I answer him.
I'm awake. but my eyes won't open.
