Aria's pov

I am now 17 years old. I have long black hair that reaches the small of my back meaning I have to get it cut. I also have electric blue eyes, I am not to pale (I guess).

"Aria, get your ass out of bed and make breakfast now!" Said a female voice from down stairs. I knew it was Cassie my adopted mother. So, I jumped out of bed and ran down the stairs still in my stripped pj bottoms and random t-shrit. Cassie is really abusive so I try my best to do what she says quickly. I almost ran into Jace, Cassie' s overly sexualy active son, on my way down the stairs.

"Slow down before you hurt yourself," said Jace. He may be sexualy active too much but at least he cares. When I first came here he was seven and I was four so he pretty much became my best friend.

"Sorry Jace," I said as I kept walking down the stairs. I got to the kitchen and started making a omelet for Cassie. When I was finished I went and set it down in front of her.

"Hurry up and get dressed you still have to get your fat ass to school," Cassie said " oh, and by the way were moving so make sure all your shit is packed before I get home from work got it?"

I just nodded not trustng myself to say anything nice to this cruel and haert - less women. How could I be fat when the only food I eat is at lunch when I am at school. Then it hit me she said we were moving. Yesss! Finally, I might get an actual room instead of the attic. I rushed upstairs with that thought I my mind. I put on a pair of light blue rolled up jeans that where to small when I got them so I rolled them up to make it look natural. I also put on a white t-shrit with a gold colored vest, and a pair of worn out white convers. Then I put my soon to be cut hair in to a ponytail. I drushed my teeth and grabbed my book bag and I phone 5 hoping Jace would give a ride to school. Of course he was outside waiting for me. "Jace you're the greatest dest friend ever, " I said as we got into the car.

"I know," said Jace with a huge grin on his face.

He dropped me off at school and left. The day want by really quick, after getting out of school I went to the salon and got my hair cut right below my shoulders. After that I ran home and quickly packed up everything and said goodbye to my old house before Cassie got home and we left.
