Chapter four

Marrinettes POV
I woke up this morning and turned to Tikki.

"How did you sleep?" She asked me with a smile on her face.

"The best sleep ever!" I exclaimed as I hugged the pillow tightly.

"Shhh Adrien may still be asleep" Tikki said as she shushed me.

"Oh right, maybe we should make him breakfast to say thank you" I said as I hopped out of bed. I walked down the hall and started to make breakfast and clean up a bit. Suddenly the Tv started to ring? So I walked over to it and tapped the screen. With a flicker the screen turned on and showed Adriens dad.

"Hello who are you?" He asked in disgust.

"I-I'm Marrinette sir Mr Agest sir" I said as I quickly bowed my head in respect.

"Why are you in my house? Don't tell me Adrien picked you off of the street and gave you a job" he said gesturing to the dirty dishes in my hand.

"Oh no I was just cleaning up after making breakfast haha I am one of Adriens classmates and I was over here because I was partnered with him for and assignment and-" he cut me off there by clearing his throat.

"I hope the breakfast is fat free because he has an image to uphold and eating junk food may get you where you are it will not be appropriate for my sons consumption" he said in a stern voice that sent shivers up my spine. I looked over to they able that was covered in plates of consents, pancakes, bacon, eggs and bread rolls.

"Of corse sir only the healthiest foods are on the table I was gonna put fruit salad and I shook my head telling myself it's not healthy enough" I said as I started to lecture myself.

"Much appreciated, could you remind my son that he has a modelling shoot this afternoon" he said before giving me a slight smile and hanging up. At that point I fell to the floor in relief.

"Wow Mari you handled that well" Tikki said as she floated over my head.

"He hates me" I said as I sat up and looked at the table.

"Better put that in the bin"

Adriens POV I woke up this morning to a really nice smell.

"Mmm what's that smell?" I asked Plagg who just woke up.

"I don't know but I can smell cheese!" He exclaimed before flying out.

"Wait for me!" I laughed as I chased him down the hall towards the kitchen. When I got the I saw the table filled with yummy looking good, causing my mouth to water.

"Cheese!" Plagg exclaimed as he went to fly into the food but was stopped when I grabbed him and shoved him in my jacket as Marrinette walked into the room. She looked sad as she had a bin in her hand.

"Oh Adrien, ah sorry for the mess I was about to throw it out" she said as she picked up the bread rolls.

"No!" I yelled as I leaped over the table and grabbed her hand before she was able to dump it in the bin.

"A-Adrien!" She said shocked at my action. I let go and quickly straightened up, dusting myself off.

"Uh I mean we should eat this, it smells amazing!" I exclaimed as I sat down and grabbed a bit of everything and started eating. It tastes sooo good! I thought as I slipped some cheese onto my lap for Plagg.

"A-Adrien your father said only healthy food" Marrinette said as she tried to grab my plate. I did the worst thing I could have thought of. I hissed at her.

"Bad kitty! Your father said no junk food" she scolded me shaking her hand around in a joking matter.

"But the food tastes purr-fect" I said causing us both to laugh.

"You sound like Chat Noir" Marrinette laughed and I blushed slightly.

"You sound like Ladybug" I said and laughed causing her to blush madly. There was a small silence between us as we just awkwardly sat there thinking about what we had just said.

"I think we spend to much time with Alya" I admitted hoping she would bite.

"Yeah I think so to" she laughed as we continued to eat.

"Don't tell my father" I said as we started to clean the dishes.

"I won't if you won't" she said as she turned around and accidentally spilled soapy water on my shirt.

"Sorry!" She said as she got a towel and tried to dry it off.

"It's okay I'll just get a new one" I said as I took the shirt off and hung it over the table. I turned around to find Marrinette blushing like a mad man.

"What's wrong?" I asked with a smirk as her blushed got bigger.

"Y-you have a modelling shoot this afternoon see you at school!" She said in a rush as she ran out side.

"Hey you forgot your... Bag" I said sighing as I knew she was out of ear range.

"Ah~ Cinderella left her slipper behind" Plagg said as he flew out from my pocket and wriggled his eyebrows.

"Oh shut up" I said and hit him.

"Sorry... Prince Charming"
