Its not love anymore

The girl was waiting for Jimin at the park where she had asked him to meet up with her. It was getting colder and darker as the kids that were playing at the park started to go home leaving her all alone.

She hated being alone as it brought back unwanted memories. She wished that Jimin would come quicker so she didn't have to be alone in the dark.

"Hey," a voice called out breaking the quietness, alarming her a little as she quickly pulled her eyes off the ground to see him.

A smile quickly forms on her face as she runs to him for a hug. He simply hugs back, his warmth slowly but surely warming her up as well. They stayed like this for a while, just enjoying each other's presences.

"What did you want to talk about?" the boy questions, still holding her in his arms.

The smile that was on her face slowly disappears, as she breaks off the hug. Her eyes wonder off as she could feel it, the lump that formed in her throat making her choke, not being able to form actual words.

She looks up at the boy that she has been in love with for seven years, they were high school sweethearts. She watched him grow into a fine man that does what he loves; music. But, what makes her even prouder is that he can share his love for music and dance with fans all other the world.

However, there was this odd feeling that she has sensed ever since he became an idol, and that was that he stopped loving her the way his used to. She knows he is confused with his own feelings, as he thinks of her as a friend but because of the long relationship they have been in, he simply still thinks his in love with her. She knows this because he doesn't look at her the way he used to. The way he used to make her heart flutter by just seeing his smile. It's not the same.

She knew this too well that she felt like her heart was ripping every single day, string by string. She couldn't drag this on any longer, it was time. Time to end this all.

She holds her stare with him as she slowly says the words that she's been yearning to say forever.

"Let's break up."
