"Sh- Shawn, I'm pregnant."

"W-what?" Shawn stuttered, not wanting to believe the words that just came out of his girlfriend's mouth.

"I'm pregnant," Noelle sorrowfully mumbled.

Shawn just stared at her dead in the eyes. His face was emotionless. His mind was blank. He finally came back to Earth and blinked at her a few times. He didn't want that statement to be correct. He can't be a seventeen year old dad. His parents would kill him. He's also not prepared himself yet.

"Please tell me you're just joking about this, Noelle. Please. I know you're lying."

"Why would I lie to you about something as big as this!? I'm serious, Shawn. I can't even believe it myself," more tears streamed down her face.

Shawn got up from the couch and began to stride around the living room. He kept running his hand through his brown hair and muttering things to himself. He also chewed on the inside of his mouth. He then stopped dead in his tracks and bit his lip. How was he going to tell his parents? They would not be happy at all. They would be very disappointed in him. He's still a kid.

"How are we going to tell our parents? They're not going to take this news very well, I know that for a fact."

"I'm not sure yet. I just found out for definite today. Nobody else knows but you. If you want to leave me, I understand. You probably hate me now. I just want you to know that I still love you very much and I'd like it if you'd stay with me," Noelle sniffed.

Shawn was the best thing that has ever happened to Noelle. He gets her unlike everyone else. He's also always right by her side. She knows that he'll always have her back. He's the best boyfriend she could ever ask for. She doesn't want anyone else. She really wants this relationship to work.

"Princess, I could never hate you. It's all my fault for not using a condom. I'm an idiot. I really am. We'll get through this together. I'll be right here by your side. That's what boyfriends are for. You'll never be alone. You can count on me... I love you so much."

"You're the best, baby boy," Noelle smiled.

The two stared at each other and leaned in. Their lips touched as butterflies and fireworks exploded in their stomach. Craving flowed through their veins. Time stopped for them. It seemed as if no other human being was existing. It was always like this every time they kissed.
They pulled away and rested their foreheads on one another, their noses tickling each other.

Shawn

Noelle and I laid down on my firm, restful bed the next day. We were watching romantic movies and munching away on juicy candy. Starbursts. Our bodies were also covered with blankets full of coziness. And the pillows were resting under our heads and feet. Once I finished my package of candy, I began playing with Noelle's small, pale fingers. I kissed each one and watched a little grin appear on her face. Her eyes were now focused on me instead of the film. She began to rub her hand on my cheek.

"You're so cute," Noelle gushed.

"Not as cute as you," I took a hold of her delicate hand in mine.

Our eyes met and we just stayed in each other's gaze. A lot of people tell me that nobody has more chemistry and intensity than Noelle and I. I couldn't agree more. Before I met Noelle, I was a big flirt and I was disrespectful to woman. When I met her, I had to prove to her that I was going to change just for her and take everyone's feelings in consideration. And, I had to show her that I was ready for a real commitment and relationship. I am not the same man I used to be.

"Can you scratch my back? It really itches in spots I can't reach. Please and thank you."

"Do I have to? Ugh, fine," I pretended to roll my eyes and sigh.

"Mhm," Noelle tittered.

"Mhm," I mocked.

"Oh, Sassy Mendes is back,'' Noelle leered.

I unhurriedly moved her fair hair and began to scratch her miniature back. Noelle just has a natural teensy frame. I always feel towering towards everyone. It makes me feel like a boss, though. Noelle moved my hand and placed it on a spot on her back. My hand quickly became exhausted and my body grew weary. I didn't get much sleep after I found out that she is pregnant. She must have noticed how I was beginning to mark her back much more gradually because she lied back down.

"I am terrified," Noelle groused.

"Because you're pregnant? It's alright, Noelle. Everything will fall right into place. I will help you. We've got this," I tried my best to sound believable. I am going to stick with her but I am also petrified. I just need to act vigorous for her.

Noelle nodded her head and pecked my forehead. I conscientiously wrapped my buff arms around her waist and snuggled up close to her. My head was in the crook of her neck and our legs were tangled up in a bunch. I started to sing A Drop In The Ocean to her to help her fall asleep. Everyone loves my angelic voice. Hopefully our son or daughter will have a tone like me. I heard Noelle's light snoring and drifted off to sleep myself.
