There's a world full of corruption out

~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~Chorong yawned as she parked her car in the parking lot of the apartment building. She smiled getting out of the car, and opening the trunk to unload her luggages. She smiled placing her hands on her hips as she looked at the enormous complex.
She slung the carrying bag over her shoulder, and then held the other 2 suitcases with her hand and rolled them into the building.
She smiled as she approached the receptionist at the front desk.
" Hi, I'm the new tenant, Park Chorong.. For Room 130?" She said not so sure.
The receptionist smiled a little and looked through the computer database, she looked up at Chorong, "close, you're in Room 135, on the third floor." she handed Chorong the keys to the room, one original key, and then one spare key.
Chorong smiled sheepishly, she bowed thanking the lady and headed over to the elevator, to head up to her apartment room.~~
Upon arriving on the third floor her eyes scanned rapidly for her room." Ah! Found ya~ Room 135" she said in a singing tone.
She let go of the two suitcases and began to unlock the door to the room, she grinned seeing the interior design.
It was one thing she was grateful about, this apartment complex in specific had given each room it's own interior design, the future was already given and somehow they had made it just perfect for Chorong. She slowly strolled into the room as she pulled her luggage in behind her. Leaving the suitcases and carrying bag, in the center of the living room she began to explore every nook and corner until she was fully comfortable with the room.
----
Chorong had just finished unpacking everything she had brought, she stretched her aching body and smiled.
She walked over to the huge windows that get covered by a curtain, she harshly pushed the curtain out of the way, she placed her hands on her hips and eye smiled. " I'm here to stay Seoul... " she looked out to the huge city that was in front of her eyes and she was quite astonished to be honest, to see how beautiful the city looked even if it was only 3pm.Chorong headed over to the kitchen and decided to make herself an early dinner, her very first shift would start later in the night at around 11.
She wanted to arrive early in case there were certain rules and procedures she'd have to follow for when she joined for her job.She proceeded to debate with herself on what to make for herself.
" Hmm.. Fried Rice and Chilli Chicken.. Or Rice and Curry?... " she debated with herself for almost half an hour.
She finally decided on making Rice and Chilli Chicken, a combination of the 2.Chorong would sing along with the music she played as she cooked. It was something her Grandmother had taught her. Her words still replayed in Chorong's head.
"Chorongie~. Whenever you are cooking, have some music near you, or sing to yourself a happy song, because when you are happy, your love will be your secret ingredient when cooking, it will make your food 10 times better!"
Chorong was only 10 back then, but still to this day she can remember her Grandmother's words, but how could she forget when her grandmother died tragically that very next day.
~ Flashback ~
" Ahjussi please! " a 10 year old Chorong who was covered in blood, screamed at the the doctor.
Chorong was a smart little girl, she immediately called the ambulance, but upon arriving, not a single doctor turned to care for her Grandmother.
Chorong screamed and cried so much that day, her face was full of blood, as were her hands and arms.
After her grandmothers dead had been confirmed, only did they tend the body and shift it to the mortuary.
Chorong sat there on the floor up against a wall, she could faintly hear the doctors say. " That old lady was stabbed about 5 times.. 3 of them were direct punctures onto the heart. "
After that she blacked out, and was unable to remember how she even got home.

Chorong wiped a few tears as she cooked, she put on a small smile that was slightly fake.
" Stay Happy when cooking.. Stay happy when cooking. . . " she mumbled to herself as she broke down crying. This was one of the reasons that made Chorong passionately want to become a doctor, especially a surgeon.
She still didn't understand to this day why those doctors didn't help her Grandmother, and she took it upon her, she promised her late grandmother and her parents, that she would become a doctor and make a difference, she would find out what happened that day and why.
---
Chorong didn't realize that there was more to this than she thought, she didn't know that everything would approach her quicker than she thought. She didn't know there was a bigger story to everything. In only a matter of weeks she would be pulling herself into danger.
Would she be able to even get close enough to the truth before time ran out?.
Her Race Against Time. had begun.
