Chapter 40

*Jamies pov*

Judith wouldn't stop crying for nothing, Rick tried everything, I took Judith while Rick crushed up some nuts for her

"You did see the jar of applause in my bag right?" Aaron asked

"This isn't a trick, it's self preservation, because if the roamers come this way, I know I'll be the first to go"

I walked to the area where we spilt his bag and I picked up the jar of applause and put some on a spoon and walked over to Aaron nod put the spoon in his face

"You think I'm trying to poison your baby,I'm tied up how would cruelly killing your daughter in front of you Help this situation" Aaron said

But I still put it in his face

"Eat it now" I growled

"I hate applesauce, my mom used to make me eat foods to make me more manly" he said, now Judith was screaming at the top of her lungs

"Eat the fucking applesauce" I yelled and he finally ate it and he made a disgusted face while eating it, I tried it then started to feed it to her which thankfully stopped the crying

"You got 43 minutes" Rick said.

We were all looking at canned food the group that went to look for the cars, which were there

"This is ours now" Rick said pointing to the canned food and Aaron nodded

We were all arguing about if we go or not, Rick was very hesitant, I think it's not safe. I don't trust anyone anymore.

We are going to leave at night because Rick said it would be better.

Me Rick Glenn Michonne and Aaron were driving in Aaron's car to his camp, while the rest drove in his rv. I watched as the barely visible trees, from the dark, pass by me, I started to bite my lip, I really don't want to go but Judith needs it we all do.

They were talking but I tuned them out until Rick raised his voice and held up a voice recorder

"Have you been listening to us!?" Rick yelled

"I already told you" Aaron said right as Glenn yelled "shit!" And hit after hit we drove into a herd of walkers, Glenn tried to dodge them but we were in the middle, the wind shield and Windows were covered in walker blood and guts, we finally made it out of the herd but the herd was still behind us and the rest of the group was to but got cut off

Glenn stopped the car and everyone was looking around frantically

Rick and Glenn got out, I climbed over and out the door, as soon as I got out of the car I heard the moans

"I don't see them!" Rick yelled as I got on top of the car

"Let's circle back and find them" Rick said then we got back in the car but it wouldn't start

"Fuck!" I yelled and climbed out, I started to pull limbs and guts out of the engine and tires, my hands were and body were literally covered in blood and guts from falling on the ground trying to pull the limbs out, the moans were not far behind me. In the corner of my eye I saw a light go into the sky, it was a flare

"Did you see that!" I yelled over the moans then I got pushed to the floor from the car door, Aaron pushed it open, I got up and started to run after Aaron into the woods, michonne Glenn and Rick running behind. The walkers were starting to cut us off, I grabbed my bow and started killing the ones that got to close, I heard gunshots behind from Rick and Glenn. I turned around to see no one except walkers, I turned my head back and came face to face with walkers.

I killed the closest one and started running in a different direction, as I was running a walkers grabbed my hair and pulled me towards him, I screamed out In pain as I try to kill him, but the walker knocks my bow from my grasp and pushed me to the ground, with his grip on my hair I try to grab anything sharp in my way but found nothing,
I pulled away with all my strength and a sharp pain seeps through my head, I got out of his grasp but he had a big chunk of my hair in his hands.

"Fuck you!" I yelled as I smashed his face in, I quickly grabbed my bow and ran. I ran right into Glenn and Aaron who were running towards the gunfire, I was about to punch Aaron but Glenn stopped me

"Not now, let's find Rick and michonne first"

I nodded and started to run with them, we found Rick and michonne who were getting cornered, we helped kill the walkers and ran with them the opposite direction of the walkers.

We made our way to an abandoned warehouse, and by the door was Daryl keeping watch he knocked telling them we made it, everyone came out to greet each other, Daryl came over to me

"You ok, are you hurt, why are you bleeding?" Daryl asked

"I'm fine, just a little mishap" I said and hugged him

"Eric! Eric!" Aaron was yelling for someone named Eric and Eric yelled in here, Aaron ran to Eric and Rick followed after and so did we. I saw Arron talking to Eric the he kissed him, I smiled a barely visible smile, they looked happy as I was thinking I felt a pounding sensation on the back of my head I put my hand to the back of my head to feel and a huge chunk of hair was gone, pulled out. I cursed that walker. We were going to sleep at the warehouse then hit the road in the morning.

We were driving to "Alexandria", I was in the rv with some of the group and some were in onto her car. We had to stop cause the damn rv needed a new battery, Glenn thankfully fixed it and we were back on the road.

I saw the gates to Alexandria appear, I took a breath, still don't know if it's legit. Everyone got out of the cars and stood in front of the gates of Alexandria.
