Comforting a Fallen Angel

Harry's pov:
It was half past midnight when I heard a strained sob from the common room. I went down to see Ginny, sitting by the fire, her head on her hands crying her eyes out. This scene broke my heart to a milion pieces.

So I went to where she sat and wraped my arms around her, "Whats wrong Ginny?" I asked causiouy, "Oh Harry I had a horrible dream. I saw you dead infront of me again, but then you never woke." She says sobbing as she burrowed her head to my chest, I just sat there not knowing what to say.

"Why did you do that Harry?" She asked looking at me with blazing eyes, "I had to go I was chosen by the prophecy. It had always been me who had to go and defeat Voldemort, I was one of his Horcuxes so his soul lived within me." I explained taking a breath, "But the other main reason was that I couldn't bare to see anyone die any longer. You were the last person I thought of when I went to the forest, I loved you enough to lay down my life just to see you live yours." I contonued.

She shook her head, "And what would my life be without you? Harry life without you wouldn't be worth living at all, all those months without you were tortour! I was loosing hope that you'd be with me after all of this but I could never stop loving you! You are a stupid, brave, nobel, loving git!!! But you..." I crashed my lips on hers catching her by surprise, she then kissed back pulling me closer, her hands playing with my hair.

I pull away smiling at her sheepishly, "You are my stupid, brave, nobel, loving git." She says slapping my shoulder, "Ginivra Molly Wralsey would do you do the honors of giving this stupid, brave, nobel, loving git a second chance?" I asked gluing our foreheads together, "How can I say no to you? Just promise me one thing." She says snuggling closer to me, "Anything." I said putting my arms securely around her, "Never do that again." I knew what she meant.

I nodded saying, "I promise, once was quiet enough." I said chuckling I felt her smile, "I missed you soo much. That kiss you gave me for my seventeenth was really something to remember you by. But just to let you know I am here to stay, I am never leaving you ever again." I whisper in her ear.

After a moment of silence I noticed that she had fallen a sleep, I placed her on the couch. When I was about to walk back up to the dorms I felt a hand grab my arm I turned to see Ginny half awake. I kneeled down and looked at her, "Yes love?" I asked my hand on her cheek.

"Please Stay with Me." She says and I complied. She sits up so I can lay down, I pull her close to me and she lays her head on my shoulder, "Always." I answered as she slowly slipped into deep sleep.

I am back with my one true love, here in my arms lays the girl I've fallen in love with. I would do anything for her, no matter what, not even the highest mountians nor the deepest seas can keep me away from her.

I'll be her shoulder to cry on, I'll be the one to catch her when she falls, I'll lay my down my life to save hers. She has always been my angel, my life, my world, my salvation and nothing not even the strongest love potion can break my love for her.

This fallen angel as saved me from the darkness of my life and nothing can drive my thoughts away from her. Forever will I hold her in my arms and never again will I let her go.

I'll be with her Until the Very End.
