Chapter 6

•Niall's POV•

"Niall, truth or dare?"

I really shouldn't pick dare. I would have to do something super embarrassing, I know it. But picking truth would be bad too, I know Nicole knows what she would ask me to make me feel uncomfortable. Plus, truths make you seem weak.

"Dare," I said before I even realized what I was doing.

"You know what 7minutes in heaven is right?" She asked me with a smirk.

"Uh yeah of course, who doesn't?"

That's when Chad piped up. He was kind of a geek. "I don't."

Nicole rolled her eyes and explained to him that it was when two people went into a room together for 7minutes and they were free to do whatever they wanted. No one was allowed to peek.

"So, now that we all know what that is," she started up again, "I dare you to go do 7 minutes in heaven with Ally."

Oh. My. God.

•Ally's POV•

Oh. My. God.

Of all people, it had to be me?! And after what happened earlier? I am an unlucky person.

I stood up with shaky legs and followed Niall to the room Shelby pointed out for us. It looked like it was the guest bedroom or something.

I laid down on the bed as Niall locked the door (game rules). He slowly made his way over to the bed and laid down right beside me. It was quiet for a few moments.

"Ally?" I heard in the darkness.

"Niall?"

"You know what happened before? Like in my room? You noticed it too right?"

"Yeah, I know what you're talking about."

It was quiet again.

"Why are we acting so awkward about it?" He asked me.

"I was thinking the same thing."

"I don't want things to change..." I was about to say I agreed but he continued to talk. "But I need to know what you thought about that. Did you want to kiss me?"

My face got really hot. "Uh... I guess so. I mean, I've never kissed anyone..."

"Because I really wanted to kiss you."

Thank God it was pretty dark. Otherwise he would've been able to see the huge smile on my face.

"I can see you smiling, Ally."

Shit.

"Look at me, and you'll see I'm smiling too."

I slowly turned my head to see his face close to mine. Bam. There were those gorgeous eyes again. I looking down at his lips for a split second before resuming eye contact.

Before I even realized what he was doing, he quickly rolled over so he had his hands on either side of my shoulders and he was leaning over me. His eyes flickered from my lips to my eyes over and over again, slowly leaning in. Eventually I just couldn't handle it anymore.

I took ahold of his head with both hands and crashed my lips on his. He seemed stunned for a second, after that he melted into the kiss. It didn't end up being more than that; it was only the first kiss anyway.

I released the grip I had on his head and he pulled away. I just looked up at him and smiled. He laid back down beside me, entwining his fingers with mine.

"I've wanted to do that for a long time, Ally."

"How long?"

"Over a year now."

Wow. And I wasn't even sure of my feelings until now.

"Oh, and you can feel free to help me get dressed anytime," he said laughing. We had a good laugh together.

Things were back to normal, maybe even better.
