Blake's POV
He quietly fell asleep on me. So cute!!!

I gently played with his hair, making him purr and snuggle into me.

He was the reason I was so drawn to this place, my true love.

I know it was him when his thick scent of strawberries and mint hit my nose. It drove me wild.

I hated to leave him earlier, but I knew it was serious when lieutenant Jacks dared to enter my room.

Turns out, the queen was at our doorstep to tell us her devious plan which resulted in Nico coming here.

He still has no idea she set him up.

Just as I started to drift off into sleep, Leona came in.

"What now?" I whispered.

"The boys want to know who Nico is, and they want to hear it from you. Last time they made assumptions they were almost killed!" She stated bluntly.

"Shush! He's asleep!!" I whispered.

"Come on" she sighed, motioning for me to follow.

I gently lifted Nico off me and pulled the blanket over him.

I reluctantly left him there, the boys need to know that he's mine, I won't tolerate disobedience.

Nico's POV ~ The next morning.
My eyes fluttered open, hoping last night wasn't a dream.

Blake was gone, but I was still in his room.

I glanced around, noticing a tray of breakfast - porridge, toast and eggs - sitting on the bedside table with a note.

'Morning, I had to go to work, thought you might like something to eat.

I smiled to myself. He was cute sometimes.

I reluctantly left my cocoon of warmth, the bed, and ate Leona's glorious cooking.

When I finished, I hesitantly left the room, looking for Blake.

I passed a few of his men in the hallway, who gave me shocked looks.

I noticed Leona at the end of the hall talking to the lieutenant.

"Hey, Leona!" I shouted, hurrying over.

"Oh hey sleepyhead!! What are you doing out of Blake's room? I thought you were the skittish type!" She chuckled.

"I'm looking for Blake, you seen him?" I asked politely.

"In the main hall, why?"

"Just to talk, I'm gonna have to get home soon, so I need to tell him. See you Leona!" I smiled. I turned and left.

I wandered around, trying to find that damn hall. I turned a corner and heard faint music.

I followed the sound and it led me straight to the hall Blake was in.

"But if I kiss you, will you mouth read this truth? Darling how I miss you, strawberries taste how lips do. And it's not complete yet, mustn't get our feet wet, cause that leads to regret, diving in too soon! And I'll owe it all to you! My little bird~ my little bird!!~" I heard Blake's voice sing to one of my favourite love songs, My Little Bird by Ed Sheeran.

I slowly pushed the door open to see Blake dancing on the table with a microphone with his back turned to me.

I leaned against the door frame, listening intently.

His boys all chanted his name as he sang each lyric, putting so much emotion behind each one.

"Blake! Blake! Nico! Nico!" They started adding my name into their chanting, noticing I was behind him.
