Chapter 7- Suprise

                                                                          Brittany's P.O.V.

I sat on my bed with Witney, and Emma by my sides comforting me. Why? Because Jean-Luc cheated on me for 1 thing, and another thing I just called off our engagment and told him that we shouldn't be together. Just than my phone began to blare out my ringtone, Smile by R5. "Hello?" I sniffled. "Hey Britt. Its me Riker. I just called to make sure your okay and to ask if you wanted to hang out?" A voice said. "Hey Rik. I'd love to hang out what time do you want to meet up?" I asked him. "How about 3:30?" He asked. "Yeah, that's perfect. I love you Rik." I said. "I love you too Brit. See you then. Bye" He said. "Bye." I replied. We hung up and I told the girls and they squealed and forced me into the shower and picked out my clothes, makeup, and shoes. I took a nice long shower and just cried in the shower. I got out and I was still crying. As I walked out crying the girls spotted me and ran over to me so quickly. "Oh baby girl! Dont cry sweetheart. It's okay." Witney comforted me. I just kept on crying on her shoulder though. "Hey, hey look at me. Look at me." Emma said pulling me head from Witney's shoulder, and holding it in her hands. "Listen. Brittany you are a beautiful girl, and your talented, and if he cant see that then he dosent know what he's missing out on. So, move on Honey! I know that any guy would be lucky to have you, and that's a fact." Emma  cheered me up. "Yeah, your right. I am gonna move on, and I am gonna move on right now." I said. "Great!" She said. They sat me down and started on my makeup. Once they finished I got dressed and grabbed a nice pair of sunglasses, and my purse. I headed out the door but not without thanking the girls. I got in my car and turned it on and drove down to Riker and Lauren's shared home. Once I got there I rang the doorbell. Lauren came and opened the door cheerily. "Brittany! I heard about what happened how are you?" She hugged me. "Hey! It's been hard but im doing my best to stay strong. Not for me but also the people around me." I said. "Thats great. Well come in. I assume that your here to see Riker." She said. I nodded and smiled. "He's right in the living room. Just go right in." I walked into the living room and I saw Riker sitting on the couch watching TV.  "Hey!" He said when he saw me. "Hey." I said. He got up and gave me a hug. I hugged back tightly burying my head into his shoulder trying not to cry. Well that plan failed. I began to cry and Riker immediately took action picking me up and sitting down on the couch with me on his lap. He patted my back and tried to get me to stop crying. i looked up at him once Is topped crying. I didnt say anything I just hugged him. Than it happened we leaned in and we did something we never thought we would do. We kissed. WITH LAUREN IN THE NEXT ROOM! "Oh my goodness! Riker I am so sorry! I have to go and im sorry but I have to tell Lauren." I freaked out once we pulled away. I got up off of his lap and ran out before he could say anything. I ran into the kitchen where Lauren was sitting eating a snack. "Lauren I have to tell you something and before I tell you I just want to say that I am so so sorry, and that I hope we can still be friends." I said in a rush scared how she will react. Just than Riker ran into the kitchen and pulled me out before I could say anything. I ran back in though. "Lauren Riker and I-" I said before I was cut off by Riker throwing me over his shoulder and covering my mouth. "Brittany was just saying that she and I are gonna go to Starbucks. Haha see you later babe." He said walking over and giving her a peck on the lips. Lauren looked at us confused and just nodded and continued to eat her snack. He walked out with me still on his back. He finally put me down once we go to his car. I got in and demanded he drive me home. He didnt say anything or even look at me, he just drove. He drove to Starbucks like he said he was. We walked inside and sat down at a table. "Look Brittany. I felt sparks with that kiss and I know you did too." He came straight out with it. Oh gosh. He's right. I did feel sparks. Not small ones either but big fireworks sparks. "No I didnt feel sparks. Im so sorry Riker." I lied straight to his face. He didnt say anything but instead he just grabbed my face and kissed me straight on the lips. I kissed back and we pulled away after a minute. "Now tell me that you didnt feel anything in that kiss. Also this time how about you dont lie straight to my face." He said. "Okay. I admit I did feel sparks, but we cant do anything because you have a girlfriend for one thing and I just got out of a relationship myself. What about Lauren?" I said. "Well, I can break up with Lauren. Plus lately I haven't been feeling the spark in our relationship anymore. I want to be with you Brittany. Not Lauren." He confessed. I just smiled and kissed him. "Fine RIker but you have to ask me properly, and we cant go public with it just yet." I said. "Yes!" He jumped for joy pulling me up and kissing me. I giggled as we pulled away. I walked away though because I wanted him to make it official and I was hoping for him to get the hint I was sending him. "Wait Brit! Brittany Cherry will you be my girlfriend?" He caught up to me and asked. i just nodded and smiled. He picked me up in a hug and I lifted up my leg. Wow, Riker Anthony Lynch is my boyfriend. I must be the happiest girl on the planet right now.

Hey babies im back with an update! I feel proud cause I updated yesterday and I was trying hard to get one out today and I just wrote this all today and its about 7:00 and ive been writing since about 6:00.
