Those blue eyes

Dazzling, yet tender eyes.

An overexposed sea

That has come to me

Fixed on my gaze

Choking me on my own

Collapsing my bones

With her mere grace.

I'm not allowed to see

The abyss as it's pure

which gently assured

She's more than me

Rapid gasps for air

That shining deep blue

Is drowning me too

I know it's unfair

Nothing seems to hold

When I wonder alone

Have we missed home?

Or budged to the cold?

Eclipsing to dust

To learn I must:

She is for me

But it's not to be.
