Chapter four: finding out

I've been in the pack hospital now for 1 hour 30 minutes still waiting for alpha Levi to get back from his duties, damn alpha ordered the doctors not to give me the results until he was here to support me like really dude I survived a rejection AFTER been marked I'm sure I'll handle a bit of pregnancy news.

Five minutes later I heard Levi's booming voice throughout the hospital ordering the doctors to attend the meeting in my room now. All I thought was damn this is bad so before anyone got here right after he walked in I asked to speak to him alone about to break both of our hearts I now know I'm pregnant from having the meeting I know, right down to my toes I know I'm pregnant. He came in and raced to my side hand on my head feeling my temperature watching the heart monitor keeping me in check. Then suddenly I just opened my mouth and started rambling on " Levi I know you didn't expect a mate, never mind a mate that's pregnant with her ex mates baby so maybe I'll just go I thee Nicola Marie smith reject you...." Suddenly a hand was over my mouth stopping anymore sound or movements he then spoke up and said " no Nicola, please don't, I want this baby, I want you, I don't care that jerk is the dad it takes a hell of a lot more than a bit of sperm and sexual fun to be a dad please don't leave me. Your my second chance mate because my ex mate rejected me for her human boyfriend please don't break my heart I'll look after you and our son/daughter I'll bend over backwards to make sure you don't have to lift a finger just please don't go through with this rejection I couldn't handle it even if I tried" his pleading voice becoming shaky by the end as I feel a tear drop onto my arm wondering what it was I look at my arm and then look towards Levi's face lift it up remove his ha d from my mouth and kiss him passionately giving him everyone I have, giving him my heart.

The pack doctors and nurses then piled into the room bowing to their alpha addressing me as Luna I piped up " please call me Nicola, at all times Luna is too formal. I promise to protect you I promise to be your Luna for as long as Levi shall want me but call me nicki or Nicola, thank you" they all nodded and continued with the messages and results the doctor turns to both me and Levi and says confused " alpha have you maybe met up with lun I mean nicki before...." Earning a growl from Levi " sorry alpha I only ask for as nicki is 4 days gone I'm surprised we can even tell right now as it is rather early" I had one question in my head bouncing to come out so it does " could it be that a warrior can show up sooner?" The doctors and nurses confirm this and Levi explains my story partly. The professionals understand and look at me with sadness and pity in their eyes so to reassure them I told them " I'm okay, I may have my ex mates baby but my second chance mate has stepped up took us both on and for that I am forever in his debt"

After the meeting we go back to the pack house and Levi asks me to sit in the office with him while he makes a few arrangements. Although he didn't tell me what the arrangements were for. I soon found out that they were to introduce me to the pack and accept me into the pack. Arrange to collect my stuff from dark sun obviously on the sly so Keenan don't find out and also to arrange 24/7 protection around me and our babies. Oh yeah sorry I forgot to tell you the doctors think there maybe two but is unsure until further investigation.

I overheard the conversation with Sam and Levi, I gathered they were good friends from years ago who had grew apart since Levi became alpha at 18, him now been 20. They were on the phone at least half hour before my belly rumbled letting us know I need food and everything went silent until.......there was three taps on the door, Levi bellowed a come in and in stepped the two other lads who I've learnt are Brett and Brad the beta and third in command. Levi ordered them to take me to the kitchen feed me and bring me back with not a scratch on me then he paced over to me and lent down picked up my wrist and said I'm going to mark you on your wrist it's a 24 hour mark to give me reassurance that your okay no matter what I'll still feel your pain emotions everything but it just soothes Callum (Levi's wolf) a bit.

He did as he said he would, it was slightly painful but turned pleasurable I let a small moan making Levi growl at the lads who moaned to my moan the lads then apologised to me stating been undated it is hard to hear females moan so gracefully and not be effected.

After everything I went to bed, to lay down for a while. I was thinking about the baby/babies inside of me thinking if Levi was to ever leave us they would always have me, saying it'll be me and them against the world, just us against the world. Then I fell into a restless sleep until I heard a bang that shocked me awake I jumped to see the cause and there looking like he hadn't slept in weeks was my new over protective mate Levi Timmons, after seeing me safe and unharmed he visibly relaxes.

Scarlet was gagging for freedom for a while, so I turned to Levi and begged to go for a run he agreed so long as he can join me, my wolf was ecstatic.
