My heart was throbing like a drum . I was terrified..
I looked back at Alex , her strong face was as shocked as I feel. This is the first time I've done anything "brave" .
"Who the fuck do you think you're talking to zoe? " his breathe smelled of liquor.
"I-im talking to you! y-you CANT talk to her like - AHH!" I quickly grabbed my left cheek as I fell to my knees , I placed my loose hand on the floor in front of me. My cheek felt so warm and I couldn't talk. Did he just hit me?
"GET AWAY FROM HER YOU DRUNKEN PSYCHO!?!" Alex ran over to my aid and put her and on my back and shoulder "SHIT?!? are you okey!?!"
I still couldn't get a word out...I just stared at the floor... "Come on we've gotta go!" Alex pulls me to my feet at we bolt to the trailers rusty door , but he 's faster than us. He may have a beer gut , but that doesn't stop him from out running two 12yr old girls. "If you leave this trailor , I swear to fuck I will make sure you dont see another sunrise." He flips open a knife and moves closer to us. So we back away. Alex whispers "run for the door when you have the chance" I look at her confused ,how will I be able to get by?...we can't back away any further *PHSHEW* a glass bottle hit George on his bald forehead and shattered "GO!" I run straight for the door and rattle the handle , it opens and I fall to the wet floor "ZOE !" I look back and alex is stuck , he has her foot! I get up and grab her hands . I fall yet again and get drenched. "C'mon!" She pushes me through a hole in the chainmail fence and we scatter to the forest. We'll be safe there....
