Servants came and escorted her to her bathing room where a hot pool of water scented with numerous flower petals awaited. The lavender quickly triggered the memory of being in the healing pools with Thayonidas in which she recalled his touch when she had blacked out and the scheme he had conjured which made her skin chill for an instant before she pushed the memory aside and reminded herself of what she was to do this day.

Oils, powders, flowers, combs, and so much more that Kordelia was nearly driven insane.

A white gown covering her from neck to toe and finally an elegant crown which was masterfully crafted and she was ready. Looking in the mirror she felt as though she was looking at a stranger. She wanted to runaway but she closed her eyes and reminded herself of the vow as the servants gathered their things to depart until she said, "Summon Lady Arwen to my chambers at once." The request came off more as a demand so she calmed her tone and softly added, "If you would be so kind?"

They quickly curtsied and departed to find the elleth.

Arwen had her head low as she entered the room and curtsied before Kordelia and in her gentle tone asked, "You asked for me?"

The pain was clear on the elleth's face and it pained Kordelia to see her so. Kordelia stood and welcomed the she-elf into the room unknowing as to what to say and thinking that perhaps it was not a wise decision to bring her here and cause more pain but she thought again about the vow but this time she found courage and joy from it before looking up into Arwen's eyes to speak to her.

Aragorn was nervous and was beating himself up over how he was about to become the King of Gondor and he couldn't be so worried about his queen to be! But still he was nervous until Gandalf stood before he with a smile.

"Its time." He said gently.

Aragorn jumped right up and composed himself before he stepped forth to the throng of people.

He was proud and humbled to receive his crown, the token of greatness which came with much responsibility.

Kordelia saw him and smiled to herself as her crown tinkled in her ears and even chuckled under her breath as she heard him say a couple things she had told him. That was okay, he was a good man.

She bowed her head in respect as he sang and smiled even more as she heard his footsteps begin toward the banner she had told him his bride would await under.

When she looked up her eyes began to mist over as she watched Aragorn's anticipation as he reached for the banner. The reaction she witnessed made her want to let out a glory cry of her people but she held her tongue as she watched the confusion play across his face as he beheld the familiar grace and beauty in front of him. Under her breath she said, "Go on!" and seeming to hear her he did!

Aragorn embraced his beloved Arwen and placed a passionate kiss on her lips and from above in shadows she let out her glory cry as the crowd cheered.

Witnessing such love made Kordelia's inside churn and seem to yearn for such love but she had decided that this day was for Aragorn and Arwen. She could find love on her own time and own way but for now she was going to make herself scarce until darkness fell. She had a sunset to witness and wanted to find the perfect place to see it reflect off the Great River.
