Everyone has those days that seem to slowly but surely slip away,
looking at the time as it passes right by, not to sure but still wondering why.
I went to work, came home, now my eyes are dry
I felt so sleepy, then i realized why
I was just tired because i worked long hours
when i got off i was night time and it started to snow shower.
I had just got home on this cold winter night, when i stepped on my porch and realized something slight
It started to snow incredibly hard, and i thought to myself how peaceful it might be
So i stood there for a half and hour gazing around at the snow falling.
The moon was full and the stars were out, as i started to observe the snow
The moons light was beaming through the flakes so they looked like they were glowing
and the ground was so bright i could see all around me, and up through the woods
the wind was barley blowing, i could here the snow falling
that eerie winter solstice
as it hit the ground.
The air was so bitter, but i couldn't tell because of the beauty around me
It was so stunning it literally took my breath away..
It rid me of the mess I made
It set me free, and let me breathe consuming all of me.
