Hello. My name is Princess Bently Simon's III.

Most people call me Bents.

I am daughter of Queen Bentley II and King Daniel.

Each young adult must go to he or she's Number Ceremony the day after they turn 18.

For me, that's today.

As I walk into the beauty parlour I am kindly greeted by the rack of glorious dresses and suits.

I find my way to the back of the rack and stumble upon a small old-looking wooden box with the words Fine Youth carved into the rickety oak lid.

Of course, I opened it. It slowly creaked open and a little jingle came from the small spinning plastic ballerina in a dainty pink ruffled gown.

There were two smaller boxes on either side of the figure so I lifted the left one up to see a wonderful golded ring.

I slipped it over my ring finger and smiled brightly as for it fitted perfectly.

Now, I set that box back in the slot and lifted the right one.

I peered into it and caught a small glimpse of a green scaled Dragon jewel looped onto a silver chain.

I seen just enough to realise I needed that but get startled as I heard fighting in the other room.

I dropped the box back into place before grabbing the fine piece of jewelry and slamming the lid shut just in time as the seamstress entered the room.

I wiped my sweaty palms on my faded blue gown and smiled at the girl.

I picked a bright yellow dress with long lace butterfly sleeves for the Ceremony and paid with four coins.

As I left, I realised I still had the gold ring on my hand, but shrugged as it went well with the dress I chose.
