No. 5: Confrontation at its finest

Two days later it was finally time for Digi. I excitedly pranced around the Stage with Mariah, Taylors girlfriend,two hours before the event began, helping Mahogany, who had arrived the day before, do sound check. She as well had no idea who I was as much as it pained me, but she was the same, she talked to me like she had known me for years. Which is true, she just didn't know that. And as for Mariah, her and Taylor arrived around the same time as LOX and Mariah is really sweet. Her medium length blonde hair was pulled back in a high pony tail with one of Taylors bandanas around the crown of her head. The boys and everyone else were still getting ready so of course we were messing around. After our request Mahogany fired up her DJ table and started playing Avril Lavinge. I had found out by Mariah that she is an amazing singer, both of us being able to sing we decided to test ourselves in a voice off. Mahogany was the judge and in the end she could not pick, so now we were singing a duet.
"Say, won't you stay forever stay
If you stay forever hey
We can stay forever young!"
Mariah sang out into the mic as a solo.

"Singing Radiohead at the top of our lungs
With the boom box blaring as we're falling in love
Got a bottle of whatever, but it's getting us drunk
Singing, here's to never growing up."
After her brief solo I joined in again. We smiled at each other from different ends of the stage as our voices echoed through the room loud clear. As the chorus ended it was my turn for my solo, which was the second Verse.
"Say, won't you stay forever stay
If you stay forever hey
We can stay forever Young!"
I finished my solo the same way Mariah did and then we were singing the chorus again. At the end of the song we high fived then laughed a little. Claps startled both of us as we looked over to the crowd to find the boys, Leioni, Kayla, Jenn, and Andrea all in the audience. We look at each other again, Mariah slightly embarrassed but still smiling. I grab her hand and we both bend and do a curtsy with our invisible skirts, a sarcastic grin on my face. Taylor and everyone else came up to the stage after that, Taylor hugging Mariah and Jenn and Andrea saying how great that sounded. "Thanks girls! We were just messing around." Mariah said sheepishly. "Well for messing around that sounded amazing!" Matt said. Eyes that I knew were Johnsons blazed into the side of my vision. I looked back at him starting to get mad, and sent him a glare. "Okay that's it! Johnson I need to talk to you, now." I said and everyone looked to me at my outburst. "Ooh Johnsons in trouble." Nash called out teasing and I sent him a glare in response shutting him up. I guided Johnson by the wrist, who looked startled, may I add that he had been caught. Finding a free conference room a few doors down I entered it, turning the lights on, letting go of his hand and then turning to face him crossing my arms over my chest. "What the hell is your problem?" I whisper yelled so that if any of the boys were eavesdropping (which they probably are knowing them) they would not hear. "I have no idea what you are talking about!" He whispered back catching my thoughts on the boys. He's playing dumb. And we both know it. "Don't you dare play dumb Jack! You've been stalking me, admit it! Why?" I ask furiously. "For one its not stalking, okay, you're hiding something, Elliot, so you don't play dumb. I'm going to figure out what it is sooner or later, and then you will have to come clean and tell me." He say his voice now at full volume. "You're right! I won't lie, I am. And you probably will, but as soon as you do,just keep this in mind, if and when you do figure it out and you tell the boys, you will never see me again." And with that I walk out the door leaving him dumbfounded in the room. Opening the door the boys fall backwards into the hall and all look at me with mixed emotions. Mainly confused and sad. I look to the left where the girls stand including my two best friends, who look at me as if they had said something. By that I knew they had. "Enjoy the show boys? Because I'm done with him and his stalking."

Hayes POV
"Excuse me for asking, but is she always like that?" Taylor asked from Mariah's side looking in Jenn and Andreas direction. He doesn't even know the half of it, he hasn't been here the whole time. "No, all we can say is that she has walls, huge ones, she's been through a lot and when she meets new people-" Jenn was cut off by Andrea. "Or people she just doesn't like." Jenn picks up her speech again. "She shows her guarded self, which is sort of rude. It took a while for her to open up to us and even longer to tell us what she went through." Jenn finished. "Which was?" Cameron urged for them to continue. "Not our story to tell, plus Its not our business to tell you." We all sigh and watch Elliot lead Jack out the door. We kept our distance but stayed outside the door the two entered trying to hear what was being said. After hearing nothing for a few seconds Jacks voice rose to normal where we could hear what was said. And when the door opened I was shocked. Johnson was right.... She is hiding something, and I'm going to help him figure it out...

Hey0! So its the start of my spring break and currently 10:10 at night so I guess you could call this a late night special. (I'm such a dork lol.)
