" What? Help these people after they fight us, are you out of your mind kid?" Clint yelled angrily.

" If I'm not mistaken you trained an arrow on them first. Now can we all just calm down and until further along in this conversation I will be doing the talking Hawkeye," Aex said icily, shooting a glare at Hawkeye.

Gamora exhaled a held in breath, this girl was much more reasonable. Maybe they could explain themselves to her easier than her hotheaded teammates.

" Greetings earth child, I am Gamora, these are Groot, Drax and Rocket," Gamora introduced with a small bow.

" Greetings also to you Gamora, and your team. I am Rising Storm and these would be my teammates, the man with the metal suit is Ironman, the woman you tried to strangle is Black Widow, the guy with the bow and bad manners is Hawkeye, green boy over there is Hulk, he's easier to get along with when he's not in Hulk form I assure you. The rest are Thor, the one with the massive hammer, and captain America over there with the large metal frisbe," Alex introduced, bringing in humour to settle the mood.

It seemed to work, the tension decreased quite a lot after they knew each other by name.

" Greetings to you all, we come to this place because we are in need of help. Our leader, Starlord, is badly wounded and needs urgent assistance, can you help us?" Gamora asked hopefully.

Alex hoped Nick Fury wouldn't hate her for this but she had decided what to do already.

" We can help this..............Starlord, show us where he is," Alex decided with a welcoming smile.

" Are you insane Gamora, this earth child will know where he is and do we want that? Do we want her knowing information about us?" Rocket growled.

" He speaks! In any case, if I wanted to harm you I wouldn't offer my team's help, that is not the earth way," Alex said with a dangerous hint in her voice.

Well actually, she'd seen many people take that as their option, offer help then make a trap, even her own father was guilty of that.

" I apologise for Rocket, he sing the best with manners either it seems, you seem trustworthy child, the first sensible earthling I've ever met," Gamora noted, knowing that Peter was definitely not sensible.

" Well, now that's out of the way, shall we go?" Alex suggested with an eyebrow raised.

Gamora led them to where their ship had crashed on a deserted part of an old construction site out of the city.

" You sure did a number on your ship," Tony remarked with a whistle of surprise.

Rocket grumbled something unrepeatable about earth people and raced inside to check on Peter.

" Quick!" He yelled from inside.

Alex, Banner and Tony raced inside while the others guarded the ship from anything that might come by and interrupt what they knew would happen.

They raced inside and stared at the wreckage of the cabin. Alex's eyes were wide in surprise as she gazed at the wreckage, they really had done a bad number on the ship. A young man lay in the cabin floor, blood pooling around him and metal sticking up out of him. His skin was very pale and his heart beat wasn't regular. That had to be Starlord.

" Alex, do your thing," Banner ordered.

Alex nodded and moved to kneel beside the wounded man. Gamora glanced at the two men with her.

" Are you okay to help, Alex? You're not too tired or anything," Tony asked cautiously.

" I'm fine, nothing like a spot of healing to wake you right up," Alex joked.

" What will she do?" Drax asked suspiciously.

" Wait and see," Banner muttered, he'd gone back to human form, much to the surprise of Groot.

Alex closed her eyes and instantly stiffened up, her back straight and her eyes wide open in a startled expression. Her eyes started to change colour rapidly, green, blue, pink, grey, always changing. The veins in her arms glowed bright blue as if Electricty was sparking through them and her mouth formed one word, Save.

With that one word, Peter sat up with a gasp, eyes wider than dinner plates, heart pounding and felt all over the front of his clothes to find the metal gone and no wound. No blood was anywhere, it had all disappeared. The ship was back to normal, more clean than Gamora had ever seen it.

Alex went slack again and her eyes changed back to their usual yellow. With a small sigh she cracked her knuckles, smiling in pleasure as it loosened the tension in them.

" All done, you busy are set to continue on whenever you like," Alex said.

Tony grinned wildly at her, even after a night if homework she had enough time to mediate a fight and do some healing.

" Good Job kid," Banner praised her.

Tony nodded in agreement.

The guardians of the Galaxy just stared at her in shock, they'd never seen someone do this before.

" Let's get out of here," Rocket said in a whisper.

His team hurriedly agreed.

" Thank you," Starlord said breathlessly to Alex with bewildered eyes.

She smiled kindly at him.

" That's okay, leave before Nick Fury hunts you down and and we'll be even," Alex commented jokingly. But on second thought, it wasn't a joke, she meant it.
