It was the last day of school before the summer holidays and Lily was walking home from school. She was walking down a street, there was nobody around. But suddenly 5 girls came around the corner, it was the 5 girls that were bullying Lily. Amy, the leader of the group saw Lily and whispered to Candy. Candy smiled and giggled evilly. Lily had stopped at this point, hoping that they hadn't noticed her but she knew they had. Candy shouted at her, "Hey bitch!" she was now fast walking towards Lily. The 4 other girls were laughing while they watched Candy. Lily tried to turn and walk back the way she came but Candy grabbed her by the arm, turned her around and punched her.

Lily fell backwards and landed on her back. Candy laughed and then yelled, "See ya around loser!" She then walked back to Amy and the others. Lily just laid there holding her cheek, she was in pain and shocked that this just happened to her. She was crying and just stared up at the sky. She closed her eyes for a moment when suddenly a familiar voice said "Need some help?" Lily opened her eyes to see a pretty blue eyed blonde girl standing above her holding out her hand.

Lily grabbed her hand and the girl helped her up. Lily stood up and dusted herself off. She then looked up at the girl and gasped because... she recognised her. "I-Its you..." she said while crying.

Lily knows this girl...because this girl was none other than her best friend Alissa! "A-Alissa is that you?" said Lily. "Oh my god Lily?!" said Alissa. Lily burst out crying and wrapped her arms around Alissa "I've missed you so much!" she cried out. Alissa who was also crying too said, "I've missed you too!" Alissa noticed her cheek was red, "Are you alright Lily?" she said while touching her cheek. Lily winced in pain, "I-It's nothing, just some girls.." she said sadly. "What?! who are they, where did they go?!" she said angrily. "I dunno, look it doesn't matter" said Lily. "Hm..well okay." said Alissa in a not so sure voice. "Hey, I went to your house but nobody was there" said Alissa. "Oh we moved a year ago..." Lily replied. "I guess I haven't been around to know that..I'm sorry" Alissa said sadly. "No I-It's okay, it wasn't your fault, you had to leave.." Lily said softly. "I guess but I still feel bad Lily" Alissa replied.
