You ever miss someone?
The thought, knowing that they are equally yours as you are theirs?
Not ownership, but a deeper meaning, with an existing love that keeps you some way, somehow, still together; connected.
You miss them, but you don't have the will power to do a damn thing to change what your playing piece is on their chess board. You play back and forth, back and forth; an ongoing stanza.
But you miss them, you miss the thought of knowing they are yours as you are theirs, equally.
You create one.
One person.
But two people.
But they have fallen off, they've moved on from you, you are no concern, nothing.
And meanwhile you've created a world in your own mind, where in that world everything revolves around them, the love you have for them consumes you, and only for a split second do you go without thinking of them.
You ever miss someone?
Miss someone, and obsess yourself, the thought, your mind, them, he/she is all you can talk about.
Their very existence makes your lonesome heart tremble, you can't breathe, you feel sick, you aren't yourself anymore. You consume yourself with what goes on with them, how they feel, what they are doing, their very thoughts are what eats you alive, because they are what you crave.
Their voice, their hair, eyes, nose, hands wrapped in yours.
You ever miss someone,
and you think to yourself.. would we ever be again?
After everything, what all we went through, what little and spastic risks you'd taken, the very bullshit you listened to that they went through, pity on them you gave.
You miss that person?
Those two hearts were just a fantasy of your mind, creative and beautiful your mind could be fooling you, it is, that you, missed someone.
For how could you not?
Think of the moments you had, good, bad. which weighed out more?
There's nothing good in store, for you, for them.
Do you miss that someone?
The one who made you feel this way, do they miss you back?
Do they want you back?
I bet you miss that small human, I bet they don't miss you, I bet to them you're no one.
