I curled my long brown hair and did my make-up then put on my black shirt that said love on it with my Marilyn Monroe pants and my black wedges. I walked down stairs and saw my little brother and sister fighting over an apple.
"Give it to me Don!" My 6 year old sister said as she tried to pull it out of his hands.
"I saw it first!" Don yelled back to Kylie. Don is seven.
"What's going on you two?" I said putting my book bag on the couch.
"Kylie won't let me get the apple and I saw it first!" Don said.
"No I saw it first!" She yelled back
"Hand it over." I said as I put my hand out. "Now go get another one;one at a time." They pouted and walked to get a new apple.
"I want some candy!" Kylie said.
"Me too." Agreed Don.
"If you apologize to each other then I will give you each $5dollars so you can buy something. You remember what I taught y'all?"
"Count right and get the right amount of money back." They both groaned.
"Um..sort of. It's count right don't let the money bite. But good job." They apologized and I gave them each five dollars and went in the kitchen.
"Why do you always give them money Kena?" My mom said.
"Hey...youngsters gotta know how to live right?" I laughed.
"Amen!" My dad yelled.
"Honey, not now." My mother said as she held her head.
"Mom are you okay?"
"Sure. My head is just a little wizzy."
"Honey go get some rest and I'll take them to school." My dad said.
"Ok thanks honey."
"You are welcome."
"Well Taylor is taking me too school, she is on her way." I said.
"Ok. Have fun." My mother said. I grabbed a biscuit to the sound of Taylor's horn beeping. I said bye to everyone and ran out to the car.
"You look cute girl!" Taylor said.
"Uh, thanks love!" I said in my sexy voice.
"You're welcome love." She giggled back. Then we drove off to school.
