How did it end up like this? Me pointing a gun at my once trusted and beloved colleague. As I was contemplating whether or not to pull the trigger, I remember how this all started. Betrayed by someone I trusted.
When we joined the FBI, we took an oath to uphold the constitution and protect the United States from any terrorist trying to destroy us. Never in a million years did we think we had to protect ourselves from our own.
We witnessed their treason. We did not have evidence to turn them in. So instead they turned the tables on us.
My partner and I were now considered to be the terrorists. They were hunting us down and there was nothing left to do but to........RUN!!!!
