"Hey mom?? Where are you?" There was no answer. "MOM?!"there was still no answer. Her mother was no where to be found. Katie started to walk around the house to find her. She looked in the kitchen she wasn't there. She went upstairs to see if she was in her room. She wasn't there, then she heard the front door open. Katie heard someone walking around. She wasn't sure who it was so she started to walk toward the stairs slowly. She got to the corner and she said "Mom..." There was no answer. She started down the stairs step by step going as slow as she possibly could. She finally got to the bottom of the stairs, she said "mom..." again. She heard a bowl drop in the kitchen. Katie started to walk toward the kitchen to find something that she didn't want to see anymore.
There was a dark figure standing 8 feet tall. This thing was just staring at her. It had no face but it had a mouth. It gave her a smile as it got closer to her face. She backed up into a wall. Then it came face to face with her and said "there is no one to save you now..." Then it was gone. She felt like there was someone stabbing her in the back. Then the pain stop.
She heard a soft and distant voice saying "wake up... wake up...."
