Ding! We stepped into the elevator with a hint of a smile knowing he was frustrated and somewhat pissed off about it. After what seems like forever and many 'Good Mornings' from our fellow co-workers, we reached at our destined floor.

Joshua stalked off in a huff after being given his day schedule. Unable to keep the smile off my face, I waved at him as he looked back and the doors close to take me up one to the top floor. My office is up here with a conference room, video conference room, set of bathrooms, and my executive assistant. The rest of the floor space is taken up on the outside by the helipad. Soon enough, my sister would start working here with me and I just couldn't wait. I would introduce her to Joshua and then she would envy me. Why? Because Joshua was one hell of stuffed hotness.

Joshua and I decided straight away to stay on separate floors, trying to maintain a professional relationship here at work. All the staff was aware that we are close friends, but the rumor mill is always hard at work with regard to our physical relationship. Along with super medicinal, super power and super speediness comes super investigation. We pay it no mind though and no one dares to ask us outright.

As I've mentioned, Joshua is apparently six feet of gorgeous. Other nurses throw themselves at him and he enjoys it. He has a reputation among the tabloids as the billionaire playboy doctor and he does nothing to suppress the chitchat. I make an effort to be subtler and I try to reside out of the limelight where possible, but it's difficult. When you have to move on to a new life every two years or so, it's better to maintain a low profile.

Mind you, it will be a lot smaller this time around due to the blast of internet media. However, we have been elongated in this and have all the correct papers for the next generation of us. I can transfer, which makes it easy for me. I have tried to get Joshua to transfer, thinking I must have passed the charm along, but he hasn't been able to so far.

Perhaps because he doesn't want it bad enough like I did. He is vain about his looks, with good reason, and doesn't want to transform anything about himself. He is mysterious.

This hospital, Savoir Ten has actually been around for hundreds of years in some form or another, moving with the times and adjusting our service. It has only become the empire it is now in the last hundred years or so. He has established the headquarters from city to city, which has deflected most of the attention away from its owner, Joshua Sanders.

The current truth line is that eight years ago he inherited it from his late dad and was seventeen. But these were all just rumours. The facts are buried so far under a mountain of paper work, it would take someone decades to find out the truth. If someone were so inclined, that is. So I have been in this city for just two years.

I distrust it is also his way of wagering his claim on me, but I do not have a problem with that. Joshua was less unconcealed and gave me a charm to add to it. The S standing for Sanders, this company he had built together from scratch to the ground up. I have added a few more as the years have gone. My favourites are the purple lavender flowers, representing the Flower of Scotland, where I came from and so always close to my heart. Brushing that thought aside I idly tap my pen and decide to call my sister Tracy;

"Hey girl, how are you?" I ask her excitedly.

"I am just doing great, how are you?" Tracy replies in a sad low tone.

"You really are not sounding fine. What is wrong?"

"Okay, fact is, my husband has left the house with my daughter, they have gone back to Scotland. I am still confused. Please come back." Tracy sobbed, in a bad state of mind.

My heart missed a beat, I felt crushed. I only wished the best for my sister. That is why I had called her to come in France in the first place. Yes, I was not there with them, but the reason was understandable, at least to her because she knew that I had just gone to another hospital branch to take care of some stuff.
