The beginning of Something Special

Jack checked his green dyed hair in the mirror and let out a sigh as it wouldn't stay in place. He gave up and grabbed his bag starting to head out the door. "Mark is gonna be mad that I'm late again." He hurried to Mark's house and knocked on his door waiting for him to open it. Mark heard a knock his door and rushed to it "hopefully it's Jack oh and he's late again" with a sigh he opened the door "hey jack!" he looked into jack's eyes while waiting for an answer. "Hey Mark! Sorry for being late again my hair hates me." He laughed as a small piece of hair went down to his eye. "See." *Mark laughs* It's okay Even I have bad hair days, you know what *Mark start to mess up his hair causing hairs to get out of place* now we can both look like goobers *Mark and Jack laugh together* let's get going Mark said as he walked out the door. Jack smiled he was happy the mark did that for him."I guess we're twinning hairstyles today" Jack messed up his hair so it would look as messy as Mark's. "Haha come on let's go!" *they both got in the car* "I'll drive don't worry" he said as he inserted the key. "Oh I almost forgot I got you a gift for helping me with my Algebra homework" *Mark pulled out a little box* "It's not much but you'll like it" Mark said with a smile. "Can I open it?" He said he felt excited like a little kid on Christmas. "Yeah whenever you want to!" Mark said with a warm smile as he waited for Jack to open his gift. Jack opened the gift happily. "Oh my god Mark thank you!" He hugged Mark tightly. *Mark hugged him back* "Its that little Disney Spider man loaf thing you wanted, I think it's called Tsum Tsum or something like that but I'm glad you liked it!" Mark and Jack stared at each other for a few seconds "Oh shit we're going to be late!" Mark backed out of the driveway and then they quickly drove to school. Soon they reached the School, Mark parked the car and turned it off. Jack opened the car door. "Hey um Mark I have something to tell you at lunch. Meet me by that big tree okay?" "OH ok I'll see you there." Jack and Mark got out of the car and walked to their classes. Mark mumbled to himself "I wonder what he wants to tell me". Hours later *Lunch Bell rings* "Time to go meet Jack at the tree" Mark arrives at the tree to see Jack leaning against it on his phone. "Um hi I made it" Mark told Jack as he approached the tree. Jack gave him a small smile. "Good good. Okay so you're my best friend and you'll accept me no matter what right?" He walked up to him and held his hand looking him in the eye. Mark became tense and he was shocked yet he loved the feeling of Jack's soft hand in his he looked at Jack's hand in his hand and he slowly looked into Jacks eyes "Jack I'll accept you no matter what always and forever" he leaned in close and held Jack's other hand.

He breathed in sharply. "Okay Mark I'm gay and I've kind of had a huge crush on you. I know you're straight and you don't feel the same I just wanted to let it out." "Jack um I didn't know and this might sound cheesy but" Mark leaned in leaving barely any space between them " I'm gay for you" Mark stared into Jack's blue eyes and all these emotions were rushing through his head and he could only say a few words at a time "I love you Jack, I always have, when I'm with you my heart beat faster, the world around slows down, and I get to cherish that exact moment I spend with you" he looked into Jack's eyes one again admiring their beauty. "I don't know what to say.." He was blushing dark. He went in close and kiss Mark on the lips. Hoping for him to kiss back. Hell even be a little rough. Mark was excited yet shocked he ran his fingers through Jack's green hair and pulled him towards him to only kiss him more passionately. As he kissed Jack he caressed the back of his head. He thought of nothing. Nothing at all. All he did was enjoy this moment that seemed to last forever. Jack pulled away to get some air. "You're a good kisser Mark. We should take this somewhere private after school." He winked at Mark. "Thanks an-" *Bell rings* " Um I'll see you at your place after school okay" Mark winked and ran off to his class. Jack laughed and went to his class. All he could think of was Mark the teacher even yelled at him for not paying attention sometimes. Few hours later *bell rings* All Mark could think of was Jack and his beautiful blue eyes as he ran to his car. Knowing Jack caught a ride with his friend earlier he rushed to Jack's house thinking only of Jack the whole way there. As he approached the door he fixed his messy hair with a deep breath he knocked on the door. Jack opened the door that revealed Mark. "Hey handsome." He smirked. "Hey um" Mark thought for a second "booper dooper, sorry I'm not good with nicknames. Can I come in?" Mark said as he made his way inside. He laughed and took a step back to let Mark in. "Come in make yourself at home." Mark walked inside and made his way to the couch and set his bag on the floor, he watched Jack approach him when finally he arrived at the couch. "So Mark how has life been?" Jack said sitting down in the couch. "It's been good I guess, pretty normal, oh I lost some weight that's pretty interesting I guess." Mark looked around the room "How's yours?"
