(Paige's pyjamas)
"Meg pass me my phone please." I say whilst pointing to my iPhone which sits on my bed next to Megan. She gently throws it to me as I sit spinning on the chair infront of desk, trying my best to study for class but Megan keeps distracting me by shouting to the high school musical songs which come on.
I look at my phone to see an iMessage from Reece, it shocks me when people don't have iMessage that means they don't have an iPhone and if you don't then why are you living in 2016?
Strange people.
-Trying to study alone is too hard, can I come over?-
I read the text and surprisingly I smile at my phone at how stupid we both are because neither of us can study alone. I quickly text him back saying yes and to come over whenever he's ready, even though we will probably just argue or put off studying the whole day.
I didn't bother getting dressed for him coming round I'd prefer to stay in my cute pyjamas, it's Sunday after all.
Within an hour everyone in the house went out to the beach but my mom insisted I stay home to study as I did say Reece could come over, about 10 minutes after they left my doorbell rang revealing him standing with a bag full of study books as he handed me a white box.
"What's in the box?" I ask as he follows me into the lounge where we drop our books on the floor and sit down on separate sofas of course, too close and I'd end up slapping him.
"My mom made brownies and insisted I bring you some." He replies rolling his eyes, atleast his mom likes me.
I nod my head opening the box revealing square chunks of chocolate brownie but this is coming from Reece so obviously I question it. "And your sure these aren't space brownies from you?" I say raising my eyebrow in question at him.
Reece shakes his head at me frowning. "Asif I'd waste my space brownies on you, no there of my mom there was more but I ate a couple on the way over." He tells me before climbing from his seat and grabbing a brownie popping it in his mouth and shrugging as I look up at him in shock.
Another brownie seriously he lives like 2 minutes away how could he eat them on the way over... Non fat fuck.
"Right well anyway have you started the Shakespeare essay yet? That's what I'm struggling with the most I don't understand half of the words it's so ancient." I sigh looking at the Shakespeare book in confusion, like why can't he just speak normally?
"He should rewrite it, so us students can actually read it!" Reece sighs and I grin at his words... He's the biggest idiot I've ever known.
"You do know he's dead right?"
"What? Since when?"
"Since fucking ever oh my gosh there's no hope for you Carter, you may aswell drop out of school before finals come don't stress that tiny brain of yours." I smile sarcastically tapping the book before literally throwing it at his face.
Obviously it failed to hit him as he grabs it with his hands and smiles back at me extra sarcastic. "Nice one babe." He says dropping my book on the floor before grabbing his, opening it and acting like that didn't happen just rambling on about the chapters.
This is gonna be a long day.
•••••
Reece has been here for 3 hours and we've actually done a lot of studying and managed to make a start on our essays.
"Your phones just went off again!" I hear Reece shout from the lounge as I'm in the kitchen grabbing something to drink. It's been going off wildly but I've been ignoring it since I've been trying to study and I know it will distract me.
