My starting weight is: 60kg/132 pounds
My goal weights are:
55kg/121 pounds
50kg/110 pounds
45kg/99 pounds
My ultimate goal weight is: 40kg/88 pounds
I'm 161cm/5ft 2
My BMI (14 of March) is: 24.1 putting me into the overweight category.
