Love is an endless cycle of give and take
It's not easy, absolutely not a piece of cake.
Love is confusing,
But the mere thought of it is exciting.
Love is everything,
It's cruel and chooses nothing.
"Expect the unexpected" they say,
We never know when it will come our way.
Love can cause us pain,
But it is boring if it's white and plain.
Love can break your heart,
It can wreck that little piece of art.
