Dear Mr Kinglsy,
I am requesting a transfer for patient Deliah Hemsworth. Her sanity has hit rock bottom, and there is no possible help for her now. She refuses to eat, sleep, give peace to the other patients and has physically attacked our staff. I'm afraid there is no help we can offer her apart from an injection that will be humane and quick, or another transfer.
