Renee's Secret

Part One: Fangs.

Renee waited until dusk to set off into the night. She looked back at her large house with her family fast asleep. She took one strong glance at the moon and whispered  twelve words. Not dusk nor dawn, not for any mortal please open this portal. Enter the Tolenbrook Realm.

                           Three Months Earlier.........

Renee! Renee Alisiya DuBois get downstairs now! Coming, Mom I'm brushing my hair! That's Mrs. Layila DuBois. Mrs. DuBois is a lawyer, she always has to be somewhere ten minutes early. She likes to rush I just don't get it I mean it's stupid. Anyway back to the story. She rushed downstairs and grabbed her bag off of the coffee table. Good Morning, Dad. Hey Alex and Allie! Mr. Nathan DuBois is a construction company owner. DuBois Construction Co. Alexander and Alexandria are her 10 year old twin brother and sister. Girls are you ready to go?! Yes, Mom! the two girls yelled in unison. Allie went to go grab her bag out of the exercise room and scurried up to the front door. The girls headed out to gymnastics, while Mr. DuBois dropped Alex off at basketball practice.

I know this sounds really boring, just trust me. Everything is not what it seems. You'll see be patient. (　＾∇＾)(≧∇≦)/

      The following day- 5:35 am Friday Morning

Everyone was fast asleep when something, something out of the ordinary happened to Renee. She got up for school and went straight to the bathroom to freshen up. She picked up her toothbrush and toothpaste. When she opened her mouth she was horrified to see two large fangs in place of her top canine teeth.
  She had just watched Twilight the night before so she just wiped her eyes with cold water and just thought she was hallucinating. When Renee got a clear picture of her teeth, she almost passed out. So many things were running through her head. Am I a vampire? She opened her eyes, and touched them.She went completely ballistic! Right when her finger drew up to touch them, they disappeared.
Next, she opened her bathroom door to get dressed. Something was glowing on her bed. Okay, one weird thing, now another one? She picked the large stone up and studied it in the palm of her hand. As her finger touched it the red stone started to float in mid-air. A flash of light popped as the mysterious stone was instantly on a small gold chain. Renee slipped it on her wrist and just kept this strange morning to herself.
