I silently dashed from tree to tree while my kanatas bumped against my thighs with each movement. Reaching a large oak, I pushed my back against it and took a deep breath. My fingers danced on the handles of the kanatas as I peeked from the side and spotted two men, each hooded and armed with M16's. I quietly signed from annoyance.

" Come out , Monster! We know you're here you fucker!"

One shouted. I smirked at the word monster. I had gotten used to being called such names. Now it was just a joke to me. My hands clutched the handles of my kanatas and quickly unleashed them. I guess you could say I chose to. It was either living freely in the forest or never seeing sunlight again. I was able to escape. I have no right to complain about anything anymore. Nothing could be worse than living as a puppet in the hands of those " Humans ".

" Well hello there. "

A deep and croaky voice spoke up from behind me. I quickly looked over my shoulder and my glowing light blue eyes widdened. I think I spoke to soon...
