A New Life

Chapter 2

Clary's P.o.v

Jace and I are at the wedding reception, and are having a party in the Institute.

We are eating pasta and salad, and Jace, Luke and I our holding our kids as we eat, and I could tell that May and Xander are hungry. I take Xander out of Jace's arms and take him and May to mine and Jace's room. I walk into the room and right as I'm about to start nursing, Jace comes in.

"Hey Angel." Jace said.

"Hey." I say.

"Here, let me help." Jace says as he tries to take Xander.

"I don't think you can nurse." I tell Jace and we laugh.

"I ment hold him until your done with May, but I could try." He says and starts to lift up his shirt, and then I put my hand that's not holding May to his stomach to stop him from lifting his shirt.

"Don't like what you see?" Jace jokes.

"Oh shut up." I tell him and he fakes a gasp.

"Don't call me names in front of the children!" He says and I laugh.

"Just take him." I tell Jace as he takes Xander.

I lift up my shirt and put Mays head on my chest and put my shirt over her so Jace and others don't see. Then I notice Jace staring at me as May eats, and I smirk at him.

"Like what you see?" I joke and he nods and I laugh like a mad wemon, still cradling my feeding child. Then some one comes to the door.

Alec. Oh gosh.

"I'm blind!" Alec shouts.

"What's with you staight people!" Alec yells/laughs and leaves.

When Alec's gone I blush a deep shade of red.

"I'm don't know, what is it with straight people." Jace says to me, and we laugh.

"Okay, give me za-vy." I point to Xander, and start to nurse him as May sleeps.

*time skip, two hours later*

Jace and I walk back into the room with people cleaning up. We missed our own party. I laugh at the thought.

We walk down the halls and see everyone in the library. When we come in, Alec dies of laughter, and everyone looks at him like he's crazy.

"What happened?" Izzy asks.

"Alec walked in on Clary nursing." Jace says and Izzy almost dies, her face is getting so red.

"That's not all, Jace was also staring at Clary." Alec says and I get red, and they laugh harder, but Jace gives them a glare and they stop.

"We'll let you get back to staring at your wife." Izzy says and leaves with a smirk, and Jace and I are a deep red with sleeping children in our ours.

I love our messed up family.
