"Did you do today's homework?" Ava asks.
"Yep, I take it you didn't?" I snigger.
"Oi, I didn't have the time" Ava says nudging me.
"Let me guess, you were too busy watching movies and sleeping?" I grin.
"You know me too well" She laughs.
I start laughing as well, as we make our way to class, I glance up at the sky and smile at the sun shining down illuminating everything in it's path. Not a cloud in sight which is strange considering we live in the UK. I just hate the fact we have to wear uniform especially when it's such a nice day.
"Earth to Adrianna" Ava says waving her hand in my face.
"Yeah" I say pushing her hand away.
"Were still up for that sleepover tomorrow night right?" She grins.
"Duh" I chuckle.
We walk into hell and see the devil...I mean classroom and Mrs Fritters. I take my seat and take my books out and I look at the clock, such a shame we have to stay inside.
"Good Morning everyone, homework out and I will collect it" She says sternly.
I glance over at Ava and I suppress a snigger, she never does her homework for this class, to the point I think Mrs Fritters is totally fed up with her. I watch Mrs Fritters go over to Ava first and Ava looks at me and I look down at my lap because I don't trust myself to laugh out loud. I've done it before and it wasn't pretty.
"Homework Ava" Mrs Fritters says like she knows full well Ava hasn't done it again.
"You see Mrs, I was going to do your homework but I had a lot of other home-"
"Save it, detention, when will you learn!" Mrs Fritter yells.
Mrs Fritters collects everyone else's homework and the lesson soon starts...I don't know how many times I have zoned out but you can't really blame me, Mrs Fritters voice just drains you, it's like she drains the fun and happiness from your soul. This lesson can't end fast enough.
"Right everyone, as for it is a short day lesson has ended make your way to your next lesson, oh and Ava I expect to see you after school" She says giving Ava a warning look.
I pack my bag and leave hell and wait for Ava to come out...
"Jhez that woman has issues" Ava says grabbing my hand and pulls me with her.
"Maybe if you did your homework, you wouldn't-"
"Nope, nada, never ever going to happen" She says shaking her head."Why?" I grin.
"She is the devil in disguise and the day I do homework for that witch is the day I will..."
"Will what?" I snigger.
"Will do something...I need time to think about it" Ava murmurs.
I laugh and link arms with her and we go back outside and go into the main building and we go into the girls changing rooms which I hate. It smells of sweat and deodorant which is not a nice smell trust me. As quickly as we go in, I'm out just as quickly after getting changed. How is it some girls are so dirty? Make up smeared on the wall like how?! Do they wipe their faces on the wall or something?
"I know what you're thinking and I don't know how they do it either" Ava laughs.
"It's gross" I say sticking my tongue out.
We walk into the hall and the teacher smiles at us and soon all the other girls come out.
"Right as for it is a nice day, today we will be going outside and doing some football" Miss Jones smiles.
"Football is a boys sport!" A girl says crossing her arms like a child.
"This is my class not yours, now come on girls" Miss Jones says walking outside.
