Here's a basic rundown of our little story here.
Rachel, our main character, is an orphan. Nobody really knows because the only time anyone ever sees her is during the relocations. Sign up for relocations, you can either go to war or be fed for another month. Rachel needs to do this every month, for she is only thirteen and cannot get a job. Hannah, her little sister is six. If Rachel is relocated, Hannah will go with her and fight in the war along Rachel, or if they are smart enough they will go to school to train to be an elite.
Only children can be relocated. Only children fight in the war.
