How Do I Deserve You?

Chapter Two!!!!! Love? or just an oprotunity to get hurt....

I pulled up to casses house and let mia out of her carseat.

"ok lets go!" i said to mia.

"Yay! i loooove auntie cass!" she replied excitedly. i sighed she was lucky to be so young and blissfully unaware. i took her up to casses door and let us in with my key.

"Cass! were here!" i called through the house.

"Up in my room!" she yelled back. i took mia to the room casses parents had set up for her to let her play with the dolls.

"Dont give them all hair cuts this time!" i warned her before going out the door. i walked down to casses room and she looked exctatic. she ran over and grabbed me in a hug makeing me wince as her hand hit the back of my neck.

"OWWW!" i cried out.

"Oh my god what did i do?!" she asked frantically.

"Oh my dad hit mi on the neck and you hit me there is all." i tried to say lightly. she made me turn around.

"There is blood in your hair. i will help you wash it out." she said with a sad expression on her face. she led me to her bathroom and helped me wash my hair. the cool water felt amazeing against my cut.

"ok you are fit as a fiddle now." she said still sounding a bit down.

"Cass! calm down! im fine!" i said a bit irratated with her.

"Ok now its time for makeup!" she said all traces of depression leaving her at the word makeup. i cringed. i hated makeup.

"ok fine lets go." i said reluctantly. 45 minuets later i came out of the room and went to show mia and to say good bye.

"Ohhh sissy you look pretty!" she gasped.

i laughed "Maybe you can talk auntie cassie into giving you one of her trademark makeovers."

"Yeah!" she exclaimed as the door bell rang. 

"i'll get it!" i cried kissing mia and running down stairs cass hot on my heels.

"He..y." i started then stopped at how hot zach looked. he blushed and gasped.

"you look...." we said at the same time and laughed. we got in the car and drove for a half an hour to the resteraunt which happened to be my faveorite diner in the world.

"Oooo i love this place!" i squealed. he smiled

"im glad!" he replied looking genuinely happy that i liked where he had brought me. we walked in and a waitress by the name of sarah giggled and came over to hug me.

"Who is the hottie?" she asked playfully.

"Why does every one keep hitting on my man?" i growled playfully.

"Cause im too hot for my own good!" he replied cockily. i grinned,

"That you are!"

we all laughed and sarah sent us to my usual table.

we got our food almost right away. we ate for a few minuts in silence and then he spoke.

"i think you are and amazeing girl. i thing you are beautiful and i hope we can do this again." he said in a rush. i felt my protective wall go up at those words. i hadnt been able to love any one but mia since my mom died and my dad betrayed me and mia.

"Yeah i like you alot too." i said before quickly taking a bite of my salad. the rest of  the night passed with light small talk and he drove me back to casses where i would be staying until school tomorrow.

"Thank you for tonight i had a great time." i said when he walked me up to the stoop.

"yeah..." he said before kissing me. i kissed him back and when we broke apart he grinned at me. i smiled back and went inside.
