Closet closet
Secret in pocket
A truth that can't be told
A temptation that's way too bold
I love the boys
I love the girls
My love is hidden behind fear
Fear of judgement fear of tears
In the closet my secret stays
I love in fear for days and days
Like a show or like a play
The truth is hidden with all its ways
Bisexual freedom is seen very little
With straight and gay I'm stuck in the middle
I'm always stuck on the fence
Always in denial is my sad defense
I love all without a reason
It gives others something to believe in
"Why do you get us upset?" I hear you ask
It's so my heart can rest at last
Feelings spoken and shared with others
Brings my peace out of judgement that smothers
Stuck in my closet forever and ever
My love is hidden and so am I
