Ch 24

MCR Ch 24

-Andy's POV-

The bell rang and we were dismissed. This was it. This was the moment where we confronted Scout. Mina and Cherri were already at The Table keeping Scout hostage. I kinda felt bad. Scout wasnt that bad of a person. She was nice and funny when she wasnt such a bitchy blabbermouth. I walked over and sat down. The guys and Phillip arrived. Surprisingly, Phillip was stuck in a book. He had headphones on and was moving his head to the music. Probably pop or country. He looks like a country music type of guy, just like Ash. Haha. Then Mina decided to start questioning Scout.

"Why did you lie to me and Andy about Ed?"

"I didnt."

"Stop lying", Cherri said. "Everyone knows youre the one behind the new posters."

"You have no proof", Scout huffed, crossing her arms. "You know what? Im sick of you people. Im out of here."

As she got up to leave, Mina grabbed her arm.

"Dont you dare take another step", I heard Mina growl through her teeth.

"What do you want? The truth? Well heres the truth, I did lie about Ed and I was the one who was still putting up posters. There. You have it. Now leave me alone."

"Whyd you do it?"

"Because Andy belongs to me", Scout spat in Mina's face.

Oh shit. Scout was in for it now. Mina shoved Scout in the chest with two hands. Scout stumbled back a few steps but she didnt fall. Then, Ed joined us. We all watched from The Table. No one moved a muscle.

"Dont you EVER talk about Andy that way. He's dating ME not YOU. He loves ME not YOU. Everyone knows YOURE A BITCH and IM not. Fuck off, Scout. Do us a favor and never come back into our lives again."

"Like that'll ever happen", Scout mumbled as she turned to leave once more.

Mina took this as a huge insult and shoved Scout AGAIN. This sent Scout flying and hitting the parking lot concrete ON HER FACE. When she got up, she held her nose and was practically in tears. "I HATE YOU!", she screamed and ran to her car, crying.

Mina turned triumphantly and was grinning, dusting off her hands. Most of us laughed except for me. I faked a smile then sent Scout a text. I felt REALLY bad. Mina was too harsh. That push was really mean and painful looking.

Me; Hey. Im so sorry about that. I hope your nose gets better.

I felt relieved yet so guilty that just happened. No longer being teased felt great but seeing one of my friends getting pushed down and in tears, that hurt. I know she deserved it but it just pained me. I dont even know why. She wasnt a friend but she was really nice to me. If she hadnt put up those posters, I guess I wouldve liked her. No. Stop. You have Mina. Go give her a hug. Shes your girlfriend again. I love her. I got up and picked Mina up and spun her around. "Congrats", I smiled, then setting her down. She smiled back and kissed me. It was an amazing feeling. We let go and everyone formed a group hug around us. Ashley hugged me from behind and Mina immediately shouted Andley, giggling. We all laughed and headed home.

It was Friday. Lunch at The Table as usual. Ed is part of The Table Group, now. Then in the midst of it all, Cherri interupts us all. "Oh my god. No way. LILY?!", She raises her voice, looking past me and Mina. We all turn our heads and right there is the one and only Lilly Collins. "OHMYGOD!!!", Mina screams, getting up and tackling Lilly in a huge hug. Cherri, Ed, and Phillip get up to hug her too and suddenly, everyones in a group hug. The band meets Lilly and Mina starts telling them about her coma. We're all very happy and laughing. Ed and Lilly kiss and hold hands. They really do look like they like each other. I hold Mina's hand too. Everyone's smiling and having fun. Its like a reunion.

-Mina's POV-

(After school)

Yes. Im finally home on the couch, relaxing. Weekend has begun. Mom was up and cleaning, in a very healthy, happy mood and it was my time to chill. I told her the good news and she was happy Lily was back, Ed changed, and Andy and I were back together. Mom also decided she would let us celebrate in the house so I texted The Table Group and the Fuentes brothers (Mike and Vic) to invite them and their families. Everything was perfect so far. Everything was alright for now. Nothing could ruin it.
