I watch, mouth hanging wide open as the inevitable happens. Dom was standing in front of Denna's work counter, and in his palm he held a black chain necklace that gave home to a bright white pearl. Meanwhile, the whole of the class was watching the scene with me, the same expressions on their faces. We all knew that Dom would ask out Denna... It had been obvious ever since they had been paired up as PE partners one day. But I-and the rest of the class, judging by their behavior- had not expected for him to do it this way. Let me explain: Dom isn't the type of guy that you marry... not by my morals anyway. He was the guy that you just dated and had a physical relationship with. It was widely known that he had slept with half of the school, and I would be damned if he dared treat Denna like that. "Dearest Denna" Classic Dom charisma I smirked. " After meeting you and setting eyes on your perfect face I have: fallen in love with you. I know that because of my status as a 'fuck boy' you might not take me seriously, but I do. Oh, how I adore you! I want to do more to you when I look at those luscious lips of yours... I want you to be mine, and I yours. So please my lovely dove, give me the honor of being your boyfriend." Huh. I thought. Maybe he isn't the bad boy, rich kid fuck boy that I thought him to be. Maybe he actually like her! Still; if he harms her in one way he'll get what's coming. After the whole thing blew over, I had congratulated Denna and class had then ended.
Making my way up to the corner of the the large football field- where no one ever went- I approached the PG gang. Cian looked up and elbowed Piden as I strode- rather ungracefully- towards them. Mouis was not in sight so this was going well; Mouis is the kindest out of the whole group and he should not be a part of this. But Dom was not here either *sigh*. "Hey! Perverts! Over here!" Piden finally saw me. "Oi! What ya doin' round 'er? Ya not meant to be near us, freak." I was so used to their constant insults that they barely even effected me anymore. "You wanted the weed did you not? Well I am here to deliver. And to receive what has been promised." I discreetly showed them the bag full of dried plants and put my palm up. " 50 pounds as promised then please." Piden looked over to Cian who nodded in response to some sort of signal. "Well... You see, we don't actually have the money. But I know people who would pay you in a different kind of way. I'll give you their number..." My mouth dropped open. Do they know how hard it was to get this? If I wanted pleasure I would have found someone to do it a long time ago. " To hell with you." I walked away, feeling depressed at being tricked into a fake deal, and walk into what feels like an iron wall. I look up to find shocked baby blue eyes staring at me. Dom. "What are you doing here? This is guy territory, not weird girl territory. Get out of here!" Piden quickly shouts over to him what happened. Dom seems unfazed as he does not smoke pot or weed like his mates, but I sense something else on his mind, slowly chewing away... "Oh that reminds me." He looks down once again, distracted by something else... "If you dare harm a hair on Denna's head, I will attack you. No joke. I will protect her from people like you if my life depends on it. I don't know if you have actually changed course or not, but I am watching you like a hawk." I point to fingers at my eyes and then at his and stride away. Though I am curious to find out what is bothering him... THAT'S IT! I knew it! I bloody knew it!
